Meet your private driver and guide at your hotel this morning, for a 2.5 hour drive to Pinnawala, an incredible elephant orphanage. Enjoy 2 hours in the orphanage, home to not only the largest captive herd of elephants in the world, but also the most successful breeding center. The elephant orphanage was established with 7 orphans, while today has a population of 63. The elephant orphanage now boasts of its sixteenth birth and the second generation of births in captivity. It has become a major tourist attraction because of its uniqueness and success. This is an ideal site for photography, research and education on elephants as the visitor is able to observe a large herd comprised of week old babies to sixty year olds. At Pinnawela an attempt was made to emulate, in a limited way, the conditions in the wild. Animals are allowed to roam freely during the day, allowing a herd structure to form. After your visit, you'll continue to visit a spice garden in Mawanella, showing the many different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous. Spices have played an important role here since the medieval times. Witness a cookery demonstration, and enjoy a free massage. In the afternoon, you'll continue to Peradeniya to visit the Royal Botanical Gardens- first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king, later expanded by the British. An amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers are on display in its 147 acres. Conclude your day with a transfer to your hotel.

Meet your driver for an airport transfer to Colombo. The transfer takes approximately 2.30 hrs.

Take  aflight from Colombo to Male.

Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be met by a representative of your yacht charter, and transfered to your awaiting ship (approximately 5 minutes by dive tender).

Welcome aboard!
Take some time to get settled in to your stateroom, and enjoy a welcome cocktail. You'll be briefed by the captain with a cruise orientation.

You'll set sail toward the Banana Reef, at North Male' Atoll, for an obligatory orientation dive. This is a famous dive site and will be facilitated similar to any other dive. The depth is 3m-30m and features a lively coral, reef fish, barracuda schools, and eels.

You'll depart Kurumba and cruise to Rasfari, North Male' Atoll. Here you'll visit an uninhabited island, sunbathe on the beach, enjoy beach and watersports, and snorkeling on the reef.

This will be followed by sunset fishing with line and weights on the dive tender. Catches of reef fish such as red snappers, job fish and jacks are common.

Sharks, eagle rays and magnificent underwater scenery are visible on your early morning dive today, at depths between 10m-30m.

After breakfast, you'll have a second dive at Rasfari Manta Point, specifically geared toward sightings of majestic manta rays.

Another stop at an uninhabited island will find you sunbathing, and with an array of water and beach sport options.

Around lunch time, you'll depart Rasfari and cruise to Maayafushi,  North Ari Atoll, where you'll visit the sand bank, for more sun and sand, and snorkeling if desired.

At Maaya Thila (North Ari Atoll), you'll have a night dive where sharks, turtles, plenty of reef fishes and coral are visible. This is an excellent night dive site.

You'll have an early morning dive at Maaya Thia again before cruising to Raiydhiggaa at the South Ari Atoll for your second morning dive. The reef formation here is quite interesting, with pelagics, and many soft and hard corals.

Afterward, an uninhabited island will be your stop for some fun in the sun.

You'll have an afternoon dive at Dega Thila, at South Ari Atoll. Pinnacles and reef tunnels, can be seen navigated by many reef fish and sharks.

This evening, a cultural boduberu (drum beats & singing) will be performed by the crew.

Early this morning, you'll go on a dive at Thundufushi Thila, another reef at South Ari Atoll. Above average fish life including mantas, and sharks may be present.

Later in the morning, you'll move to the Bulhaa Lhohi Caves for a dive. Keep your eyes open for seafans, feather stars and a multitude of reef fishes.

Rangali Manta Point will bring you amidst anemones, turtles, sharks and mantas at your afternoon dive today.

Later on your crew hopes to take you for a visit to the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Resort.

Your morning will once again feature two dives. The first at Rangali South, home to turtles, sharks and other reef fishes.

Afterward, you'll explore Broken Rock where you may see barracuda, sea fans and sharks, among the canyonous reef.

This afternoon, you'll explore Kudarah Thila at a depth of 14m-25m. The abundant coral growth features overhangs, caves, soft corals, and plenty of reef fish.

Afterward, enjoy a visit to South Ari Atoll Dhigurah, where you'll take an island tour giving a glimpse into the simple livelihood of the Maldivians and their day-to-day activities.

At Dhigurah Thila, you'll enjoy a morning dive amongst the overhangs and caves, followed by a cruise to Maadhoofinolhu, South Male' Atoll.

At Kandooma Thila, abundant fish life will dazzle you at this submerged reef for your afternoon dive.

Water sports and sunbathing await you at a stop to an uninhabited island this afternoon. You'll be treated to a special beach barbeque dinner, followed by a cultural performance by your crew.

The outer reef channel at Guraidhoo Corner offers a drift dive this morning, with eagle rays and Napoleon fish in the area.

The beaches of a nearby uninhabited island will make for some relaxed fun afterward.

You'll cruise to Kurumba, North Male' Atoll this afternoon.

This evening, enjoy some reef bottom fishing with line and weights on the dive tender. See what you can catch!

After breakfast, you'll disembark from the Dhaainkan'baa and depart via speedboat to Male' International Aiport.
