The Vestibul Palace (4*) in Split is superbly located in the heart of the Diocletian Palace between the emperor's chambers and the emperor's square. The property was created by merging three palaces from different periods in history; Roman, Gothic and Renaissance with wall elements of the Diocletian palace and the original niches from Roman times. The modern design of the interior is interwoven with the original walls and the furniture is handmade and remarkably crafted. The hotel's 7 rooms and 2 suites are located across 2 floors and all contain facilities including satellite television and internet connection. The restaurant and bar are situated on the ground floor.
During a private guided three hour walking tour you will get to explore the city that is dominated by the Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the historical part of the city. The Palace is one of the most famous and integral architectural and cultural constructs on the Croatian Adriatic Coast. Visit the Silver Gate, the Cathedral, and the Bell Tower of St. Dominus. Discover the waterfront promenade of Split, the lively open green market and the monuments not only from antiquity, but also from the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and Baroque periods. Join a group tour of Vis and Bisevo Island. The island of Vis is one of the most remote of all the Adriatic islands, an island considered to be a jewel by the ancient Greeks. On the remains of the old Greek settlements you will find the towns of Komiza and Vis. After a pleasant sail you will arrive to the islet of Bisevo, part of the archipelago surrounding Vis. The attraction of Bisevo is the Blue Cave. The cave is a natural phenomenon that can only be entered by small fishermen’s boats. The cave itself is quite spacious and offers an unforgettable experience especially the light effect created by the sun reflecting in the cave through the sea. You will continue to Komiza, whose inhabitants are believed to be the best fishermen on the Adriatic. So there is no surprise that you find a Fisherman's Museum here. The museum itself is located in a fortified building from the 16th century that was used for defense against the Turks. After the visit enjoy some free time to explore. Entrance fees are included.

Enjoy a half day privately guided walking tour of the Old Town of Korcula today. This secluded part of the world is known as the home town of Marco Polo – the first world traveler. This is where his silk road began. With more than 2000 years of history, the former Greek colony of the “Black Korčula” (Korkyra Melaina) resisted the sieges of centuries and remained a living monument. Through the narrow cobblestone streets you will come to the Cathedral of St. Marko, an architectural masterpiece in Gothic and Renaissance style. Its construction is an admirable testimony of the artistry of the local stone masons and the excellent adamant stone of the island. The Cathedral’s abbatial collection abounds with exhibits from Greek and Roman period, as well as with peculiar artifacts of recent history.
You will also visit the Museum of Icons with the unique collection of Byzantine Icons and ceremonial pieces. The exhibits are primarily collected by 17th and 18th century Korcula sailors on their journeys around the world. Your stroll will finally take you to Marko Polo’s childhood home – a modest mediaeval house where this great Venetian merchant, writer and traveler spent his former years.
This morning meet your driver and guide for your full day transfer to Dubrovnik. Enjoy the scenic ride from Korčula where you will take a short ferry ride to Orebic. On your way towards Dubrovnik you will pass through the peninsula of Pelješac, one of the best wine-growing regions in Croatia. The rugged terrain and rocky coastline create a dramatic backdrop to the cultivation of centuries-old vines. In the small village of Ponikve you will enjoy a wine tasting at one of the most renowned wineries. After the wine tasting, you will continue to Mali Ston – a paradise for sea food lovers. Ston oysters are known as the best aphrodisiac from the Roman period. Enjoy a glass of wine and oysters in a unique way, as the oysters will be taken from the sea right in front of you. Should you wish, you can also stay here for lunch and try the wide palette of seafood plates prepared as per original local recipes. Then you will continue on where your guide will take you for a stroll through the town of Ston – famous for its defensive stone walls. As it was an important military fort of the Dubrovnik Republic, Ston was protected with 5 km-long medieval walls, the biggest city walls in Europe. The walls protected the precious salt pans that contributed to Dubrovnik Republic's wealth. The history of the salt works in Stone lasts for more than 4,000 years. It is the oldest salt mine in Europe, and among the working ones, the oldest in the world. After the tour you will arrive in Dubrovnik. Included in the price is the private wine tasting, oyster tasting, entrance fees, and private guide. Lunch is not included.
Carved into a cliffside, the peaceful seclusion of the Hotel Bellevue (5*) makes you feel as if you’re on your own private island. From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in a world of luxury, elegance, and impeccable service. Situated on a 30m cliff above Miramare Bay, overlooking the majestic Adriatic Sea, the Hotel Bellevue’s unrivalled location differentiates it from other luxury hotels in Dubrovnik. Less than 1km from the historic city centre, it is also close to Dubrovnik’s key cultural and historical attractions. Each of their 91 rooms have fabulous views across Miramare Bay and beyond, with mile upon mile of deep blue sea stretching uninterrupted in front of you.
Enjoy a half day walking tour of Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful stone-built cities in the world. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Dubrovnik owes its special charm to the historic monuments that testify to its rich history. While strolling down Stradun, the main street, you will get to stop and visit the Franciscan Monastery of the “Order of Friars Minors” that preserves one of the three oldest pharmacies in Europe. Continue down to Orlando Column and the Sponza Palace and visit the Church of St. Blasius, the patron-saint of the town. "Overall, our tour in Spain was very enjoyable, and well planned and executed. Our private tour of the Alhambra was excellent. Virginia, tour guide for royal palace ruins outside of Cordoba, was also excellent. In Seville, we went to the Flamenco Show/dinner, and the Flamenco was outstanding!"
