Day 2: Copenhagen - Baltic Cruise

Enjoy a private Panoramic Tour of Copenhagen where you will pass by the most important monuments & sights of the city such as Christiansborg Palace, home to the Danish Parliament, The Old Stock Exchange building, and Kongens Nytorv, where you can see the Royal Theatre - world famous for its Royal Ballet. The tour continues past the colourful harbour district of Nyhavn to Amalienborg palace - Residence of the Royal Family. Here you have the opportunity of seeing the changing of the Guard at 12.00 hrs. This is followed by a visit to the Gefion Fountain and the Little Mermaid, inspired by H.C Andersens fairytale. During the tour you will be able to appreciate the magnificent buildings of The New Carlsberg Glyptotek, City Hall, Frederiks Church, The Tivoli Gardens and the Rosenborg Palace where the Crown Jewels are protected by the Royal Guard. Today is a relaxing day spent at sea as you cruise onward toward tomorrow's destination, Stockholm. Sit back with a drink in hand, or if you're feeling lucky, make your way to the onboard casino for some fun.

Day 5: Stockholm - Baltic Cruise

Day 6: Tallinn - Tallinn, Estonia - Baltic Cruise

Take a transfer from the port with your own private guide, to the intruiging medieval quarter of Tallinn. Upon arrival at Upper Old Town, begin your walking tour of the narrow cobblestone streets, passing Tall Hermann Tower on your way to the 17th century Russian Orthodox Church of St. Alexander Nevesky for an interior visit. Continue with a visit of the famous 13th century St. Mary's Cathedral before coming up to a wonderful panoramic view of Lower Old Town, with steeples and towers rising above the tiled roofs. Head to Lower Old Town and pass by the Church of the Holy Spirit, completed in 1316. Admire the Town Hall Square, completed in 1404, and centre of the network of streets in the medieval quarter. Return transfer to ship.

Day 7: St. Petersburg - St. Petersburg, Russia - Baltic Cruise

With your private vehicle, driver and English-speaking guide, visit St. Isaac's Cathedral, the forth largest domed cathedral in the world, one of the best samples of the world monumental sculpture and one of the symbols of St. Petersburg. The Cathedral is 102 meters high and can hold up to 12,000 people. It took 40 years to construct this fascinating temple. The dome of St. Isaac's Cathedral now dominates the city skyline. Enjoy a panoramic tour and get acquainted with the main architectural and historical monuments of St Petersburg. Ride along its main streets and prospects, and enjoy its splendid parks and gardens. Drive along world famous "Nevsky Prospect" lined with marble palaces of Russian royalty and aristocracy, with most fashionable boutiques and art salons arranged in old settings of the 18th century. Drive pass the Winter Palace, the Admiralty, and the Cruiser Aurora, from which a blank round was fired as a signal for the Bolsheviks assault on the Winter Palace in 1917. You'll also visit Peter & Paul's Fortress, symbolizing the main goals of Peter the Great's ruling: enlightenment, trading and military power. The fortress was the first building of St. Petersburg. Wonder through grim cells of what used to be the main political prison of tsarist regime and a Russian Bastilles. Conclude your day tour with a return transfer to your ship.

Day 8: Baltic Cruise

Today is a full day spent at sea as your vessel continues back to where your voyage began, Copenhagen. Spend some time at one of the many bars and lounges aboard MSC Poesia, or if you're looking for more relaxation, visit the onboard Aurea Spa.

Day 9: Copenhagen

This morning you'll bid farewell to your fellow cruisemates and disembark your cruise ship in Copenhagen as your Baltic Sea voyage has come to its conclusion.

Upon arrival you will be transferred to your airport.

  • Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
  • Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
  • Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
  • Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
