The Promenade Restaurant - Modern restaurant located overlooking the seafront on the lobby’s mezzanine floor, decorated in the style of an English garden, complete with cane furniture, pillars with trellises, climbing plants and murals depicting garden or seaside scenes. The menu offers contemporary international fare, with dishes including Red Snapper with Roasted Fennel and Clams, Seared Pigeon Breast on Rhubarb Celery Sauerkraut and Rich Game Casserole in Port Wine. Open for lunch, dinner and buffet breakfasts. Lobby lounge - Casual lounge area with striped sofas, cane furniture and potted plants, sited at the foot of the five-storey atrium. Serves tea, coffee, alcoholic drinks and light meals, including ciabattas, salads and baguettes.

The Thistle Brighton's Otium Health & Leisure’s fitness equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers and exercise bikes. Guests can also tone up with the free weights, resistance machines and Swiss balls, and then unwind with a sauna or a dip in the heated pool. Access is complimentary for guests. After a workout, guests can enjoy some pampering in the onsite beauty salon, which offers fruit and chocolate facials, aromatherapy treatments, waxing and rose-oil massage. Drinks and light meals are served at the foot of the atrium lounge, and the intimate, contemporary Water Bar serves cocktails until late.
