Experience the city in all its beauty on a comprehensive half day (4hr) private city tour with a Professional Guide, vehicle and driver and be shown all the major sights this world metropolis has to offer. A visit of the colourful "West End" with its well-known shopping streets and elegant parks is up first. Then travel on through both the City of Westminster and the City of London, the oldest part of the capital and home to the financial district. During the course of the tour, you will see all the highlights of the city: Royal Albert Hall, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Harrods in Knightsbridge, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Trafalgar Square with Nelson's Column. The tour ends either in the city centre or back at your accommodation.

Enjoy a four course dinner as you admire London by night from the river Thames on board a boat. Many of the historical and modern buildings along the banks of the river are floodlit at night and make for a beautiful tour of the city. After a cocktail, sit back and relax as you have your dinner to the accompaniment of live entertainment, provided in the form of cabaret and indulge in some dancing if the mood takes you - you are on vacation after all! Spend the day outside of London a shared guided tour taking in the magnificent Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. Built high above the River Thames, Windsor Castle has been home to the Royal Family for 900 years and is still an Official Residence of the Queen. We visit the magnificent State Apartments*, still used for State occasions and Royal receptions. Take some time to explore the castle grounds and the fourteenth-century St. George's Chapel, one of the most beautiful examples of medieval church architecture in England and a burial place of kings and queens, including Henry VIII and his third wife Jane Seymour.

Clouded in mystery, the ancient stone circle of Stonehenge is an amazing feat of engineering and the most important prehistoric site in England, but beyond its archaeological significance and possible astronomical role, Stonehenge is also a place of spiritual importance. Early legends link it with Merlin and King Arthur, but over the last hundred years the midsummer sunrise has attracted pagan groups and followers of the Ancient Order of Druids.

We also visit the beautiful Georgian City of Bath and take you on a panoramic tour of some of the finest architectural sights in Europe, including Bath Abbey, the Royal Crescent, the Circus, Assembly Rooms and the famous Pulteney Bridge. Explore the Roman Baths, built around thermal springs, which have been supplying water for over 2,000 years. In Roman times a great Temple was built next to the sacred spring - the waters were believed to have healing properties and attracted visitors from across the Roman Empire.

You will be met at your central Edinburgh hotel by your guide to commence your walking tour. The buzz of Scotland's capital city sits in perfect contrast to the peaceful tranquility of the surrounding Lothians region. Edinburgh has one of the most beautiful cityscapes in the world, making it the ideal city break destination. From ceilidhs and science to ghost, film and food festivals there's always something going on in the festival city, and that's just for starters. Leave Edinburgh and head through Scotland's bustling central belt to show you Scotland's largest city, Glasgow. Then it's on to Loch Lomond (the largest expanse of fresh water in the country) where you stop off at the conservation village of Luss for coffee and sightseeing. You then head deep into the Highlands, passing through breathtaking scenery (including views along Loch Awe, the longest in Scotland). The countryside here is rich with history. You will pass haunting Kilchurn Castle (historically a stronghold of the Campbell Clan) and the Pass of Brander (where Robert the Bruce had a notable victory). Lunch (not included) at the sea-side town of Oban. By lunchtime, you'll have reached Oban and will have time to explore this Victorian seaside town, climb up to McCaig's Tower, take in the views to the Isles of Mull and Kerrera and try some of the freshest seafood you'll ever have tasted. Coffee and Cakes at Inveraray by Loch Fyne. On the way back to Edinburgh, you'll visit the seat of the Campbell Clan at Inveraray, where you'll stop so that you can enjoy ice-cream, homemade sweets, cakes and coffee and drink in the beauty of Loch Fyne. This tour is all about Fife and to get there you cross the Firth of Forth - this is your perfect chance to get a photograph of the famous Forth Railway Bridge. St Andrews is the star attraction of this tour. As the spiritual home of golf, it is a must see for all devotees of the game, but it also boasts a stunning beach, great cafes and shops, a beautiful university and an ancient cathedral. You travel west to Falkland and you'll be able to walk round this beautiful village, where time seems to have stood still. You can browse the craft shops and there is an option of visiting the Palace, which has the oldest tennis courts in use anywhere in the world. You'll also explore the East Neuk. This is an often forgotten corner of Fife that has some particularly beautiful historic fishing villages and stunning coastal scenery. To finish, you'll stop at Anstruther and have the chance to experience an award-winning "fish supper" (as it's known to true Scots). After being picked up at the airport by your English speaking driver, you will be brought on at our of Dublin. Your Driver/Guide will show you Dublin's major attractions such as Trinity College and the Book of Kells, perhaps the worlds most beautifully illustrated book. In the city centre region there is also St Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch and the famous Guinness Brewery. There are a host of shopping and museums and galleries to explore in the historical Georgian district near St Stephens Green. We highly recommend the National Museum, Natural History Museum and the National Gallery to name a few. In order to give as much flexibility as possible, we have not included entrance fees and these can be paid in person on site.

A welcome package with your vouchers, a city map, train tickets (if relevant) and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon your arrival at your first hotel on your trip.

Your guide will meet you at your hotel and accompany you on a private walking tour of the City of Dublin. Please let your guide know if there are any sights of particular interest to you. Located in the heart of the St James’s Gate Brewery, the Guinness Storehouse is Ireland’s No. 1 Dublin Tourist attraction. The state of the art interactive museum and audio visual exhibition takes one on an incredible journey through the history and making of Guinness and includes some very entertaining advertisements that were used throughout the past fifty years. Finish off your discovery by sipping on a complimentary pint from the birds eye viewing room located at the top of the building and take in the panoramic views of the city and coast.

The Jameson Distillery provides a fascinating visit of its factory and introduces the visitor to the various stages that go in to the process of premium whiskey. At the end of the tour you can sit down and do a tutored vertical tasting of various whiskeys from around the world and you'll be sure to appreciate Jameson's premium whiskey all the more!

Other places of interest in the city include St Patrick's Cathedral, Christchurch and Trinity College incorporating The Book of Kells. You may also enjoy Irelands historic and cultural resourses at the world class museums on Kildare Street. There is also excellent shopping on Grafton Street and nearby Nassau Street as well as Dublin's European Style Boulevard of O'Connell Street.
