Meet your driver at Heathrow airport, and take a private transfer to your hotel.
For your added comfort, we will have a Meet & Greet assistant for you upon your arrival. A representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall after you pass through customs to assist. If a private airport transfer has been arranged, this representative will help to co-ordinate meeting up with your private chauffeur at the airport. You will then be escorted to the vehicle and onto the hotel to assist with check in.
A welcome package with a city map, train tickets (if relevant), and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon your arrival at your first hotel on your trip.
Consider having dinner this evening in the George Inn. Dating from the 17th century, this public house is London's last remaining galleried inn. It stands on the south side of the River Thames near London Bridge, which for centuries was the only bridge across the river. In olden days it was one of many such inns in the area, perhaps the most famous being the Tabard, where Chaucer began his 'Canterbury Tales' in 1388. It is tucked away in a cobbled courtyard just off Borough High Street. The exterior boasts a wealth of pretty lattice windows and oak beams. As for teh interior, the ground floor is divided into several connecting bars while the Parliament Bar was the former waiting room for coachmen and passengers and has a rare Parliament clock. The Middle Bar was the Coffee Room, a haunt of Charles Dickens.
The Grosvenor (formerly the Thistle Victoria) Hotel London (4*) is adjacent to Victoria mainline railway station. This London hotel is also within walking distance of many of Londons famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. This elegant and spacious Victorian hotel has 357 bedrooms including nine deluxe king rooms and three suites. All bedrooms have Thistle Connect high speed internet access. Depart for your Magic of London tour with Champagne tea at Harrods, plus Thames River Cruise. Following your coach drive past some of London's most famous landmarks including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, arrive at the Tower of London where you will be met on the middle drawbridge by a Yeoman Warder. You will be led into this world heritage site before it opens to the public and taken on a private guided tour explaining the history behind this fortress of imprisonment. You will be the first group to see the Crown Jewels before enjoying some free time to explore on your own. Why not visit Traitors Gate, the armouries or the Bloody Tower and keep an eye out for the famous Ravens. Departing from the Tower, head to The Mall to watch the Changing of the Guard ceremony as one of the Queen's Household Regiments march from St. James Palace to Buckingham Palace, dressed in their world famous tunics and busbies.Next, take a short cruise on the River Thames, enjoying excellent views of St. Paul's Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe, before heading for a traditional pub lunch in Whitehall, close to Downing Street, the residence of the Prime Minister (lunch/drink not included). After lunch, there is opportunity for a photo stop at Westminster Abbey.The afternoon part of the tour begins with a visit to St Paul's Cathedral. Explore the masterpiece designed by Wren in 1673 with a professional guide, taking time to listen to the 1695 organ that Mendelssohn once played and visit the tombs of Nelson and Wellington. There will also be a chance to test the unique acoustics of the Whispering Gallery (not normally visited by other tour groups.). On Sundays when there is restricted viewing at the Cathedral, there will be an opportunity to enter and enjoy one of the services. Then end the day with a drive across the river to the South Bank. Steeped in history and heritage the area of England known as The Cotswolds is a charming blend of cottages with honey-coloured walls and thatched roofs, market towns with crooked half-timbered houses lining the High Street, and ancient stone crosses, all set in the gently rolling hills ("wolds") that are so typically English in character.
We then travel through the rolling Warwickshire hills to Stratford-upon-Avon, a market town at the edge of the Forest of Arden made famous for being the birthplace of the world-famous playwright William Shakespeare. We"ll visit the Tudor-style birthplace of William Shakespeare, gaining a fascinating insight into his childhood with its typical parlour, bedrooms, kitchen, buttery and of course the glove-maker"s workshop used by John, Shakespeare"s father.
The colleges in Oxford date back to the 13th century and among its famous students were Bill Clinton, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkein and Lewis Carroll. We take you on a fascinating walking tour through the cobbled streets of Oxford to see the Bodleian Library and the picture-perfect college courtyards, for which Oxford is justifiably famous.
Admission to Warwick Castle, Christ Church college and Shakespeare's Birthplace is included in the tour price.

Meet your mini-coach at the Best Western Abbey Hotel at 830am, 1 minute walk away from the Abbey. Begin your journey into the countryside, with the first stop at Bibury, where you have time to savour the beauty of the village. There will also be enough time to stop for a coffee. Meander through the countryside until you reach Stow or Bourton which usually a stop for lunch is made. The tiny village of Stanton with its thatched cottages in another of your stops and in its midst is the house where Catherine Parr lived (one of Henry the VIII's wives). Not far away is the unique cricket pavilion of Stanway, which was frequented by the writers, J M Barry, and Conan Doyle. As you head back to Bath, stop in the small market town of Tetbury for a short walking tour. The Cotswolds has many hidden corners so there will be plenty of other stops as you see fit to soak up the atmosphere. Return to Bath by 5:15PM approximately.

This tour is the ideal way to explore the favourite places associated with Beatrix Potter. Your first part of the journey takes you to Hill Top Farm where she wrote many of her famous children’s stories in this 17th century cottage. You will have the opportunity to go into the house (additional charge and not open Fridays), explore the garden and visit the shop.
You will then continue onto the medieval village of Hawkshead with a little time to explore its many delightful features. There is plenty of photo opportunities as William Wordsworth old Grammer School is located here.
Onwards then, to the renowned beauty spot of Tarn Hows before descending to Coniston for the lake cruise to Brantwood. The final part of the tour takes you through the spectacular Yewdale Valley.
The Lake District is renowned for being the “most beautiful corner of England” and this full day tour introduces you to just that. Magnificent scenery of mountains, valleys and lakes from the south to the north. The tour includes a lake cruise, a visit to the 4,000 year old Castlerigg Stone Circle set high on the fells, and time in Keswick for lunch. You travel over passes, through beautiful valleys, see waterfalls and traditional Lakeland villages. You have plenty of stops for admiring the views and taking photographs.

"People do not know what they are missing by not going to Romania. The landscape: beautiful, clean, untouched. The people were exceedingly friendly! Super safe. Wherever we went, we received the reception of "Welcome, welcome! You are our guest", by everyone. Food & Drink: Everything had such incredible flavor! They use only the freshest ingredients and everything is organic. Every meal was a new, exciting experience to our palettes. Architecture: The beauty, intricacy, history. "My husband and I took a 3 week vacation to southern Europe and North Africa and had a great time. All the guides were very knowledgeable and bend over backwards to accommodate us.
