• Brasserie Restaurant

If food is for thought, then the menu must read like the Complete Works of Aristotle. Using fabulously flavoursome ingredients, the team of creative chefs have cleverly devised a list of dishes to dine for. Although the Brasserie restaurant is the formal dining room, with a dress code, the atmosphere is convivial, and the attentive staff will make guests feel right at home.

The bar terrace overlooks the 15th hole of the golf course, set amongst breathtaking Yorkshire countryside, so guests can admire the views while guests sip a pre-dinner aperitif or a post-dinner liqueur.

• Spa & Pool

No hot stone has been left unturned in the quest for ultimate wellbeing. And we think we have found it, and it’s waiting for guests in the spa. It lingers in the sauna and steam rooms, easing the knots in the shoulders as guests simply sit. It rests in the stillness of the treatment rooms, cocooning guests in tranquillity.

• Golf Course

The beautiful River Ure meanders through this easy-to-walk course in the breathtaking Vale of York and makes for some interesting shots. At the Aldwark Manor hotel guests don't have to hit too far, but guests do have to be pretty accurate to get round the 72 par course, and guest will find lots of risky shots along the way to add to the challenge.
