Airport transfer with private vehicle and English speaking driver. (A supplement for transfer between 8pm and 7am may be charged).
A welcome package with your vouchers, and itinerary, city map(s) and train tickets (where relevant) and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon your arrival at your first hotel on your trip.
Take a guided walking tour in "Vieux Nice, France’s most Baroque old city. Discover the Cours Saleya (with its flower market in the morning), and a hundred stalls of plants, bouquets and cut flowers. Against the backdrop of the Castle Hill, this colourful display is a must. Discover the heart of the old town, its lively atmosphere and customs, the small St Francis Square with its fish market and fountain, other piazzas with their 17th and 18th Baroque churches, small cafes where the Niçois people like to meet, and winding alleys lined with quaint shops.

It is 5 minutes from the old city, 10 minutes from the airport and the Palais des Congrès congress centre. Day 2: Nice
Discover the city of Nice and enjoy its fantastic and unique views from an open top deck bus. Your pass allows you to hop on and off as often as you please, at any of 9 stops along the route including the Promenade-Etats-Unis, Port-Quai Lunel, Croisières-Bleu Rivage, Place Garibaldi, Acropolis-Barla, Cimiez-Monastère, Chagall museum, Raimbaldi - Lepante and Promenade - Magnan. The buses depart ever hour to hour and a half and include recorded commentary and personal earphone sets (digital sound).
Enjoy an evening at leisure in Cannes with a private return transfer from Nice. Drive to Cannes by the coast, pass the celebrities villas of Cap d’Antibes. Admire the sea view from la Garoupe. Uppon arrival in Cannes take your time to enjoy dinner at leisure. In Cannes, city of Festivals, fireworks and film stars, stop at the Film Festival Palace and see the stars handprints, the shops, the sandy beaches and enjoy the famous Croisette Boulevard and the chic of Cannes.

There are plenty of fun activities to choose from in and around Nice. For a private excursion, consider a half or full day tour to explore the coastline and any of the wonderful little villages scattered throughout the landscape, enjoy a tour of Monaco and Monte Carlo, crossing over the border and into Italy and checking out one of the market towns, enjoy a cooking lesson in Mediterranean cuisine and wine tasting followed by a wonderful lunch and a visit to some gourmet shops in Nice, enjoy a scenic helicopter ride filled by a morning of quad biking or formula 1 race car driving..The options are endless. Discover the fascinating historical town of Monaco on a self guided walking tour. Start at Place du Palais, where every day at 11:55am the changing of the guard takes place in front of the Princely Palace. Visit the interior of the palace which has a trove of treasures, not least the Museum of Napoleonic Souvenirs & Collections of the Historical Archives of the Palace. At the Place du Palais, gaze at an exceptional panorama while strolling towards the Saint Martin Gardens which surround the Oceanographic Museum. Located close to the Oceanographic Museum, Monte-Carlo story presents “Monaco the Film” on the parking terraces of the Chemin des Pecheurs. With a screening every hour and simultaneous translation into six languages, this film explores the origins, history and future of the Principality. In front of the Oceanographic museum on the Avenue St Martin, catch the “Azur Express” tourist trains. These small trains take passengers on a daily tour with commentary in French, English, Italian and German during which you will discover the Port, Monte-Carlo and its palaces, the famous casino and its gardens before arriving back at the old town with its ramparts and Princely Palace. Located on the Rock at Place de la Visitation, the Museum of the Chapel of Visitation is part of a Baroque style chapel dating from the 17th century. It houses masterpieces by Rubens, Zurbaran, Ribera and masters of the Italian Baroque. The self guided walk will take approx. 2 hours (excl. museums).

Medieval village of Eze
Day 5: Monte Carlo
Enjoy a private half day excursion with your private vehicle and driver. Along the route you will pass by the beautiful bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. The village is a citadel dating back to the 16th century and houses the Rothschild’s museum. From here, we continue on to Beaulieu, meaning “beautiful place”, so named by Napoleon. The town is well known for its casino and gastronomical restaurants. Next stop on route is Eze, an old medieval village. Enjoy a visit at the Fragonard perfume factory. Enjoy some free time to wander around the village before being brought back to your hotel via the Cap d'Ail where there are great views of luxury villas scattered along the coastline.
Your day will finish with a drop off your hotel in Monte Carlo. (no entrances included).

- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
