On this shared optional tour, you will be brought to Hora, the island’s capital where you will enjoy a walking tour of the town. You will pass by chic boutiques, elegant nightclubs, and white-washed houses until reaching Alefkandra. Alefkandra is a charming corner of Hora, known also as the “Venice” of Mykonos. The houses are built on the sea, with wooden balconies that evoke Venice. They were built from the mid 18th century onward and were the homes of wealthy merchants and captains. At Louis Theoxenia Hotel, you will enjoy the atmosphere while drinking your refreshment accompanied by Greek ‘meze’. The tour ends with your return to Hora where you will take the ship’s shuttle service back to the port to meet your ship. This tour is not included, but can be purchased on arrival.

During this tour you will travel to the town of Oia, located high on a cliff-top on the northern tip of the island. It has the most magnificent views of the Island, with cliffs on one side and sea on the other. The town square overlooks the sea and visitors are encouraged to enjoy the spectacular view. Directly below is the beach of Ammoudi. Ammoudi, accessible only by foot, is 214 steps down and Armeni beach is another 286 steps. The architecture of Oia is typical Santorini with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. Oia hosts a cultural centre, a central art gallery, and many other Greek art galleries. Finish your tour by gazing into the famous Mediterranean sunset. The most popular spot to watch is by the Kastro walls. After the sunset you will be brought back to your hotel.

"People do not know what they are missing by not going to Romania. The landscape: beautiful, clean, untouched. The people: People exceeded friendly! Super safe. Wherever we went, we received the reception of "Welcome, welcome! You are our guest", by everyone. Food & Drink: Everything had such incredible flavor! They use only the freshest ingredients and everything is organic. Every meal was a new, exciting experience to our palettes. Architecture: The beauty, intricacy, history. "Thank you for your follow up, we both loved our time in Croatia. It’s really a beautiful place, especially the coast. Our time in Dubrovnik and Split were awesome, in hind sight we both wished we would have went back to Split from Plitvice Lakes rather than carry on to Zagreb. We both found Split much more appealing and would have definitely preferred to spend another night there rather than Zagreb. We’ll know for next time! Your choice of hotels was great. It was an incredible view from the Bellevue hotel in Dubrovnik and the Vestibule in Split was in the best possible location. We were able to relax in our room listening to the wonderful singers in the courtyard and its central location made it so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to see with ease. "
