The Superior Bungalows are fully furnished rooms with either a double bed or two singles, a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a refrigerator, satellite television, air conditioning, heat, and a hairdryer. They have a balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view, or a veranda with a pool view.

The Maisonettes are a fully furnished, sixty-five-square-meter, two-floor living quarter with a king-size bed, living room, a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and a refrigerator, a telephone, television, air conditioning, and heating. It has a balcony on the first floor with a side view of Adamas bay and the surrounding hills, and a veranda on the ground floor with a garden view. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed that may sleep an additional one or two persons.

The suite offers a full kitchen facility, living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fax machine, air conditioning, heat and satellite television. Each suite is also equipped with a CD-and MP3 player. It can accommodate 3-4 persons.
