Independently controlled air conditioning, Internet, mini-bar, TV, DVD library access, and luxurious Frette linen complete the inviting ensemble.

The highly qualified chefs have imagination and enthusiasm and a diverse approach to their menus. While respecting their Greek tradition and the aromatic influences from Asia Minor, they seek a broader balance without limitation; always eager to try a new combination of ingredients and flavours to widen their already impressive repertoire. However, like all reputable chefs these days, they acknowledge that high quality fresh raw ingredients are the essential basis to a good meal. They understand that often only very subtle enhancement is enough to give a dish individuality.
