The romantic garden rooms come with their own outdoor patio, which provide the ideal environment from which to look out on to island life. The first floor rooms open out onto private expansive balconies which, in some cases feature sweeping views of the east side of the island. Comprised of two separate areas, the ground floor suites. The hotel suites comprise of two areas including one bedroom and one sitting room with sofa bed. Chef Nikos Pouliasis places a great emphasis on the best vegetarian and non vegetarian ingredients. Honey from wild thyme flowers, wild saffron and local black and white figs feature in dishes alongside organic olive oils and wines. Served either indoors or outdoors, the views of Fira always provide a perfect backdrop to expansive breakfasts, long leisurely lunches or candle lit romantic dinners. An opulent breakfast buffet with international and Santorinian specialties is served adjacent to the swimming pool between 08:00 and 10:30. The poolside snack bar provides a refreshing break from the Greek sun, serving light Santorinian and International meals, cool drinks and cocktails.
