Located in the middle of a flourishing agricultural area, where the Icelandic horse has been treasured for centuries, Varmahlio is a small village in Skagafjörður in northern Iceland. One of the main industries is horse-raising and with an abundance of geothermal hot water under the area, a number of greenhouses in the hamlet cultivate tropical and sub-tropical fruits and vegetables.
