Each room is equipped with Wireless Internet Access, multiline telephones, individually controlled air-conditioning, personalised voicemail with remote access, video conferencing, cable/satellite television, 2 armchairs, writing desk with Merrion stationery and fully equipped minibar.

              Restaurants

              The Patrick Guilbaud Restaurant - a gourmet restaurant operated by English-speaking French staff. It features a high ceiling and modern paintings hang on the walls. The a la carte menu serves fish, and a fixed-price taster menu fuses French and Irish cuisine with such dishes as Wild Pigeon and Elderberries. Open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday the Cellar Restaurant is open - a semi formal restaurant with Irish tapestries and vaulted ceiling serves a cold buffet and cooked-to-order items for breakfast, and an a la carte lunch and dinner. Fine Irish dishes include Calves Liver with Onion Gravy, Bacon, and Mashed Potatoes. Wine list includes a selection from the hotel owner’s French vineyard. In the Cellar Bar - featuring original Georgian wine cellars, one can find a labyrinth of candlelit alcoves beneath vaulted brick ceilings. Open all day for drinks and food. In the evenings, finger food, light meals, and hot and cold platters are available.
