Guests can enjoy breakfast every morning and dinner is served at one large table at 8pm, with a set menu (though special dietary needs can be catered for). The Lodge is noted for its good food and its extensive, but fairly-priced wine list. The food at Delphi Lodge is highly praised, with delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners that make full use of local seafood, salmon, lamb, game and other fresh produce from the area. And there’s a great wine list, featuring over 200 fairly-priced wines. The Head Chef Pascal Marinot is an award winning chef in Ireland and France.

Larger spring salmon, weighing between 7lbs and 14lbs, generally run into the Delphi system between January and June, followed by the smaller and more plentiful grilse of 2lbs to 6lbs, from mid June to late August. By September there is a full population of fish in the system.
