There are lots of fine dining options to choose from in Monaco. Interestingly, some of the best fine dining options are restaurants within some of the luxury hotels. Here are a couple of suggestions;Le Louis XV: Alain Ducasse's legendary three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Hôtel de Paris. The 17th-century Versailles-style golden chic of Le Louis XV sets the scene for a memorable culinary feast. Everything is light and attuned to the seasons, with intelligent, modern interpretations of provençale and northern Italian dishes. Tel: 377-98-06-88-64. Website: http://www.hoteldeparismontecarlo.com Le Grill de l'Hôtel de Paris:In the flood of publicity awarded to this hotel's street-level restaurant, Le Louis XV , it's been easy to overlook the equally elegant contender on the rooftop. The view alone is worth the expense, with the turrets of the fabled casino on one side and the yacht-clogged harbor of Old Monaco on the other. The decor is gracefully modern, with an ambience somewhat less intense than that in the self-consciously cutting-edge Ducasse citadel downstairs. Despite that, the place is undeniably elegant, with exceptional grilled and spit-roasted meats such as Charolais beef and roasted lamb from the foothills of the nearby Alps.Tel: 377-98-06-88-88.
Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo:Joël Robuchon vies with Ducasse for top position within the pantheon of Michelin-starred Monaco restaurants. His buttery mashed potatoes with truffles attract a loyal following in this conservatively contemporary dining room in the landmark Hôtel Métropole. The menu changes regularly, but dishes likely to remain long-term include grilled filets of John Dory seasoned with "perfumes of the Mediterranean," some of the best lamb chops in France (from the Sisteron region), and crayfish served with crisp-cooked pasta and basil sauce.Tel: 377-93-15-15-10.
Enjoy the buzz around town, and of the harbour, as well as the Historical old town, the action of the pit lane and charge of the cars up Casino hill. See the spectacle from the comfort of your rooftop terrace again today.
Enjoy great views again today from the rooftop terrace at the Fairmont and watch all the action from a birds eye view.
Transfer by helicopter flight to Nice airport (shared). Includes transportation from your hotel in Monte Carlo to the helipad in Monte Carlo. The helicopter will deliver you right directly to Nice airport.

"People do not know what they are missing by not going to Romania. The landscape: beautiful, clean, untouched. The people: People exceeded friendly! Super safe. Wherever we went, we received the reception of "Welcome, welcome! You are our guest", by everyone. Food & Drink: Everything had such incredible flavor! They use only the freshest ingredients and everything is organic. Every meal was a new, exciting experience to our palettes. Architecture: The beauty, intricacy, history. "Overall, our tour in Spain was very enjoyable, and well planned and executed. Our private tour of the Alhambra was excellent. Virginia, tour guide for royal palace ruins outside of Cordoba, was also excellent. In Seville, we went to the Flamenco Show/dinner, and the Flamenco was outstanding!"

"My husband and I took a 3 week vacation to southern Europe and North Africa and had a great time. All the guides were very knowledgeable and bend over backwards to accommodate us. The arrangement made by Kensington went off without a hitch. This is our second trip with Kensington (we went to Peru in 2009) and we will certainly book with them again."

"Thank you for your follow up, we both loved our time in Croatia. It’s really a beautiful place, especially the coast. Our time in Dubrovnik and Split were awesome, in hind sight we both wished we would have went back to Split from Plitvice Lakes rather than carry on to Zagreb. We both found Split much more appealing and would have definitely preferred to spend another night there rather than Zagreb. We’ll know for next time! Your choice of hotels was great. It was an incredible view from the Bellevue hotel in Dubrovnik and the Vestibule in Split was in the best possible location. We were able to relax in our room listening to the wonderful singers in the courtyard and its central location made it so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to see with ease. "
