Designed by British architect David Chipperfield, is modern, honoring the typical characteristics of the building and with respects to the past. This is represented by the modern open kitchen and wine display in combination with the original chandelier and characteristic stained glass windows. The cuisine under the guidance of Chef the Cuisine, Audrey Eussen is international with respect for tradition and focus on organic and local produce. This is complimented with almost a hundred years of experience in service and hospitality.
