Day 1: Barcelona
Meet your driver for a private airport transfer.
A welcome package with your vouchers, a city map, train tickets (if relevant) and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon your arrival at your first hotel on your trip.
Accommodation: Splendom Suites Apartments (4*) The Splendom Suites Apartments (4*) are constructed boutique style in a building dating back to 1906. The building has a modernist style and a catalogued façade. It was completely renovated in 2007, restoring the main areas, the entrance and the stairs, the wear and tear of more than 100 years being visible on each step.

Day 2: Barcelona
Enjoy a full day panoramic tour, with the comfort of a private vehicle and driver, allowing you to see much of the city: Start with the Diagonal, continue to the atmospheric Plaza España. Drive to Montjuïc Hill, followed by a visit to the the Olympic Ring, a look out from the Mirador de l'Alcalde, admiring the view and gardens. Continue to the Columbus Monument, the Old Port and Waterfront, Paseo de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera. Visit Gaudi's famous Park Güell, and his monumental Sagrada Familia. Take a glimpse at the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Choir and Cloister and pass though the La Boquería Market. Conclude your tour at the famous boulevard of La Rambla, where you can enjoy one of the cafe's as the locals do.
Families have so many fun activities to choose from in and around the Barcelona area. Spend the day at the Aquarium! Situated in the Port Vell of Barcelona, the aquarium is a magical and mysterious world with about 11,000 animals of approximately 450 different species. The star of the aquarium is the "Oceanario" aquarium, unique in Europe, with two different specimen of sharks, moon fish, moranes and sea breams. Or spend the day at Port Aventura Amusement park, located in Tarragona. Enjoy the thrilling rides, original shows, buy fun souvenirs so you will never forget your visit. The Tibidabo Funfair combines traditional and modern attractions such as the museum of automatons and the nearby Cosmo Caixa Science Museum, featuring various sections such as the flooded forest, the Geological Wall, planetarium, science square and much more. It make take an entire day just to see all of the exhibits.
All of these family-friendly places can be visited as a self-guided activity. However private transportation to/ from any of these locations, as well as a local guide can be arranged at an additional fee

Illa Fantasia
Day 3: Barcelona
The family water park Illa Fantasia is perfect for a hot summer day in Barcelona. The picnic area is surrounded by pine trees, with 900 tables and 100 barbecues. It has enough space for more than 4,500 people. The picnic area also contains a mini-golf and a fun adventure park for small children. The wave pool empties and fills up again in a couple of hours and has a total capacity of 15,000 people. Complete with splash pads, and water slides, this is a great way to spend a day.

Day 4: Barcelona - Lloret de Mar
Meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel accommodation in Lloret del Mar.
The Alva Park Resort & Spa is an ideal location for visiting Barcelona and Girona, the Dali Museum in Figueres, beautiful local fishing villages (such as Tossa del Mar and Cadaques - which also houses Salvador Dali's house which is now a museum) , and nearby ancient ruins (such as L'escala Empuries with Greek and Roman ruins) as well as preserved medieval countryside towns (such as the hilltop village of Pals and nearby picturesque village of Peratallada as well as Besalu which houses the oldest known Jewish baths). The Benedictine monastery atop Montserrat mountain is just under 2 hours drive away, while the Cavas Cordiniu, the well known Catalan Champagne house can be visited. The Santa Cotilde Botanical gardens are a mere ten minutes walk from the resort, while the Mar y Murta botanical gardens are in nearby Blanes. If you feel like spending some time on the water options include a private chater of a sailboat or motorboat. Glass bottomed boats leave from Fenals beach - a 2 minute walk from Alva Park resort.

Day 5: Lloret de Mar
Board a catamaran today and get ready for an adventure on the sea! The sails will be hoisted and you will get to enjoy the great coastal views of the stunning scenery of the Costa Brava. Once the anchor is dropped in a sheltered cove, take a dip in the azure waterse, or simply relax on deck. Meanwhile, a delicious buffet meal will be prepared for you of rice and pasta salads, a barbecue with burgers and sausages, and a refreshing fruit salad. Help yourrself to the complimentary beer, sangria and soft drinks. After two hours of anchoring, the catamaarn will head back towards home. If you prefer to have a private, chartered day on the water just speak to your Sales Advisor.

VISA/PASSPORT
Spain is a party to the Schengen Agreement. As such, U.S. and Canadian citizens may enter for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. The passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the period of stay.

- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
