This 119-room luxury hotel, located in vibrant downtown Vancouver, occupies the first 15 floors of a 61-storey landmark building, the tallest in the city. There, you will find luxurious guestrooms and suites decorated in a contemporary Asian style, with many rooms featuring private balconies and stunning views of the city. You can enjoy personalized spa treatments at CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La, or experience Vancouver fine dining with regionally inspired dishes at MARKET by Jean-Georges.
All rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with distinct Asian touches. Warm latte tones are enriched by golden hues and offset by darker wood paneling and sleek chocolate-coloured B&B Italia furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the guestrooms and bathrooms with natural light. Curtains, sheers and lighting can be adjusted using beside controls. In the 14-square-metre (150-square-foot) bathrooms - the largest in Vancouver - remote-controlled "silent" Lutron blinds provide additional privacy. A walk-in shower with three separate showerheads (wall-mounted, rain and handheld) stands apart from the tub, and a television is either mounted by the bathroom mirror or embedded within it. The Lobby Lounge features dramatic two-storey floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor art galleria curated by the Vancouver Art Gallery. Guests can linger over live piano music and sip premium brands, or opt for a light snack. On the third floor is a destination bar with high-top chairs, window seats and a full range of premium brands.
