Dymond Lake Eco-Lodge is located a short 30km (15 minute flight) north of Churchill on a strip of land bordered by Dymond Lake and the Hudson Bay. Boasting authentic wilderness lodge style, with all of the modern comforts one comes to rely on, the lodge is perfectly positioned in a high-traffic polar bear zone, meaning guests are sure to see the amazing bear in it's natural environment. The lodge's viewing tower offers a wonderfully safe environment for bear watching, while a guided trek on the nearby nature trails is also bound to prove successful.
Guest rooms at Dymond Lake Eco-Lodge are double or quad rooms, situated in two separate guest cabins, all with private washrooms. Walls feature expansive picture windows to maximize viewing.
Inspired by a love for creating and eating fabulous food, the lodge owners focus cuisine around local foods, in respect to proximity to the nearest grocery superstore and gourment food stores. The daily creations may thrill you almost as much as the wildlife.
While a cozy common area with fireplace is available for evening wind-down, the main activity for people visiting Dymond Lake Eco-Lodge is polar bear watching.
