Experience San Francisco with your expert driver-guide before venturing off to the wine region of Sonoma Valley where you'll challenge your tastebuds with the bittersweet hues of the many great wines produced in Sonoma. Visit two top vineyards for wine tasting tours before overnighting in nearby Napa Valley. Begin the following day with a tour of the Napa Valley region and another exciting tasting at two prominent wineries in the region, again with the company of a private driver-guide. Return to San Francisco where you'll receive a private city tour, followed by a cable car ride where you can catch a boat to The Rock for an independent visit of the famous Alcatraz prison. This is the best way to experience this beautiful part of California.

With a meet and greet at the airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel by a private vehicle and driver.

Day 2: San Francisco - Napa Valley
Meet your private driver-guide and transportation at your hotel this morning for a Sonoma Valley Wine and Olive Oil tasting tour. Your first winery visit will be Jacuzzi or B.R. Cohn, where you will have a tasting of some wonderful Sonoma wines, and olive oils. After your winery visit, you'll be taken to the historic Sonoma Square where you'll have free time for lunch. Afterward, you'll be taken to your second tasting of the day, with a visit to Nicholson Ranch or Benzinger winery. After tastings of select wines, you'll drive for a photo stop at the Artesa winery, often considered one of the most scenic areas in Sonoma, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Carneros District. Conclude your day with a drop-off at your Napa Valley hotel.

This morning, meet your private driver-guide and transportation at your hotel and embark on a tour of Napa Valley with two winery visits with wine tastings. The first winery will be Mumm or Sterling, where you'll enjoy a tour of the winery, as well as wine tasting. You'll be given some free time mid-day for lunch at your leisure in Yountville Downtown or St. Helena. Afterward, you'll drive to a private tasting and visit of the Fluery or Schweiger winery. Your day will conclude with a transfer to your San Francisco hotel.

Day 4: San Francisco
Enjoy a private guided city sightseeing tour in a private vehicle with a professional driver-guide. You will be met at your hotel and whisked away to see what amazing San Francisco has to offer. Highlights during the tour include the Civic Center, Opera House, Mission Dolores, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Bridge, Alamo Square, Cliff House, Fisherman Wharf, China Town and Union Square may be seen. After the tour, you will be dropped back off at your hotel.
With complimentary cable car tickets, you'll be able to enjoy a self-guided tour of Alcatraz this afternoon at your leisure, one of the world's most legendary prisons. Situated on an island, you can take a boat ride out to 'The Rock', where famous inmates like Al "Scarface" Capone, and the "Birdman" Robert Stroud were imprisoned. Admission for the boat and Alcatraz entrance is payable on the spot.

Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
