Day 2: San Francisco - Yosemite National Park
With a pickup by your private driver-guide, you'll depart San Francisco for Yosemite National Park. Along the way you'll make a stop in San Joaquin Valley before an afternoon arrival to Mariposa Grove in the southernmost part of Yosemite National Park. Several hundred mature Giant Sequoias can be found in this area, including 'Grizzly Giant', thought to be between 1900-2400 years old. The tree stands 210 feet tall, and has a base diameter of 30 feet; an absolutely massive natural relic. After a visit to the grove, you'll continue to Yosemite Valley, an incredible glacial valley in Yosemite N.P., densely forested with pines and sinking up to 1 mile below the peaks of the granite walls containing it. To conclude your day, you'll be dropped off at your hotel.

Yosemite Valley & Yosemite Falls
Day 3: Yosemite National Park
This morning, you'll set out with your driver-guide for a private tour of Glacier Point (weather permitting). At the viewing area, Glacier Point offers a tremendous view out over the Yosemite Valley and its various parts such as Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, Vernal Fall, Nevada Fall, and Clouds Rest.
After a break for lunch (not included), hikers can choose to hike down to the Yosemite Valley through Nevada Falls and Vernal Falls. The Half Dome hike is great for extreme hikers (hiking permit & advance reservation required). In the afternoon you'll enjoy a Yosemite Falls tour, the highest measured waterfall in North America.

Day 4: Yosemite National Park - San Francisco
In the heart of the Yosemite Valley, you'll find the Ansel Adams Gallery, displaying works of this renowned photographer, many of which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Focusing on the American West, and particularly Yosemite National Park, Adams' refined depth and contrast of his black & white environmental shots has garnered much notariety in the field. Visit the gallery with your private driver-guide for some vivid and beautiful documentation of Yosemite's past.
Depart Yosemite with your private driver-guide for San Francisco, visiting Groveland, and Hetch Hetchy along the way. Groveland is a historic town with a gold rush-era main street with a great nostalgic ambience. The Hetch Hetchy Valley is a glacial valley in the northwest corner of Yosemite National Park, featuring two of the largest waterfalls in North America. Your day will conclude with arrival and drop off in San Francisco.

Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
