Day 1: Atlanta - Greensboro
As an early booking bonus, you will receive a savings of $165 per person (for all bookings made by June 30, 2013).
You will be provided with a pre-departure package which will include all necessary information that you will need for your trip including materials such as vouchers, maps, train tickets (if relevant) etc.
Once you arrive in Atlanta airport you may choose to pick up a rental car from one of the transport companies located in the airport area. Make your own way to the hotel.
Spend a leisurely few hours enjoying the luxurious amenities around the Resort, from an extensive network of biking and walking trails to boating, fishing and jet skiing on the Lake. Alternatively, you may like to enjoy a round of golf on the award winning course (including being voted #1 Best Course You Can Play, Georgia - Golfweek 2011).

Day 2: Greensboro - Augusta
Drive yourself to and from Augusta today. The drive should take approximately 1.5hours each way although there can often be heavy traffic getting in and out of Augusta at both ends of the day (though practise rounds can be less congested).
Take advantage of Valet Parking at the Hospitality Club, and the services of onsite staff to assist with your needs.
As an early booking bonus (for any bookings made by June 30th, 2013), you will receive a complimentary directors style chair as a souvenir that you can use to stake out your preferred spot and keep after the event as a souvenir.
You will be dropped off at a classic southern-style mansion just around the corner from the main gates of the golf course in Augusta for a brief orientation. Spend the rest of the day following your favorite world-class golfers across the pristine contours of the emerald course as they pursue the hallowed green jacket. Whether you choose to walk the course and follow your player of choice, set yourself up strategically at a particular spot, or brave the crowds around the 18th to watch the final putt, we guarantee that it will be the experience of a lifetime.
At the end of the day, make your way back to the reception facility to escape the crowds and enjoy a bounty of food and refreshments at a constantly changing buffet. The plentiful array of fresh seafood, grilled meats, sandwiches on home-baked breads, local cheeses and an ongoing open bar is sure to satisfy even the most enthusiastic appetite. Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking ($2000). The balance is due 240 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations of confirmed bookings 241 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $2000 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 240 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
- We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order.
- The price shown is per person, and does not include international air fare to/from the trip start point
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your booking requested more than 90 days prior to event date are subject to a $250 administration fee per change made. No changes are permitted without consent within 90 days of the event. Transfer or re-sale of any package is strictly prohibited without express written consent. Permitted transfers or re-sales are subject to a $500US fee between 30-90 days prior to the event, and $1,000US fee within 30 days of the event.
- Substitutions: No substitutions are permitted for any component of the trip, and thus travellers who do not play golf, do not take our transfers, or otherwise decline any of our included services, will not be entitled to a refund or any other form of compensation.
- Additional Services: We are not responsible for anything not explicitly included in the trip, and any request for a variation will be considered a custom arrangement with an associated cost.
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason. In such circumstances, refund of all payments received shall constitute full settlement. We are not responsible for any additional loss incurred on travel arrangements or air tickets due to a trip cancellation.
- Event Cancellation: In the event that play is delayed or cancelled for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund. Sunday badge holders will be entitled to attend on Monday in cases of weather-related delay. We recommend purchasing weather and event cancellation insurance.
- Please note: We build all of our itineraries as exhaustively as possible; however, we also leave room for the spontaneity of the group, the creativity of the leader, and the unpredictability of the elements. Thus, all itineraries are subject to modest modification, dependent on local weather, new opportunities, and the desires of the group.
