You will be met by a private driver-guide at the Portland International Airport. Leaving the airport you'll be shown some of the area highlights. As the downtown area comes into view you will quickly see why Portland is listed number 46 in the “Worlds 100 Most Livable Cities”. The Pearl district is a revitalized area and packed with boutique shops and restaurants, a perfect place for lunch (not included). For the adventurous- spend the rest of the day enjoying some of Portland’s many sights such as the Portland Art Museum, Rose Garden, and Tom McCall Waterfront Park.

Today we head for Tillamook and the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. Everyone young and old seems to like this place with its easy self-guided tour of the cheese making process. The Tillamook Cheese Factory also makes some of the best ice cream around – and well worth trying! Continuing south we will pass through Lincoln City and Depoe Bay on our way to Newport.
Experience a fish dinner at a local restaurant (included). The restaurant owner will meet with us and discuss how she works directly with the local fisherman in order to receive fresh fish for her restaurant. After dinner, we will enjoy a giant bonfire and smores on the beach.

As we travel deeper into the federally designated Wild & Scenic River make sure to have your camera ready to capture osprey, otter, deer and bear, as your professional guide shares the folklore, history, trees and wildflowers. Your adventure includes a fantastic fried chicken buffet lunch (included).The afternoon will find us winding our way down the last part of the Oregon Coast and into Crescent City, California for the night.
The Curly Redwood Lodge is one of northern California’s most unique lodges. It was built from one curly redwood tree that produced 57,000 board feet of lumber. This morning we have a brief tour of the nearby Jededia Smith Redwood Grove, one of the best in the state, and then leave the coastal area and head inland crossing back into Oregon, on our way to Ashland located three hours away from Crescent City. In the afternoon experience a matinee followed by an evening performance of either a contemporary play or a Shakespeare play.

Today’s travels find us making our way north along Hwy 97 to Crater Lake. Crater Lake is widely known for its amazing depth, intense blue color, pure water, and spectacular views. The Visitor Center can offer great information about the history and formation of the lake. We will have lunch in the Crater Lake Dining Room before taking a Rim Tour. This two-hour drive around the lake, offers awesome views with stops with plenty of opportunities for picture taking.Once you’ve said goodbye to Crater Lake, we’ll make our way to Bend. You’ll have some time to get acquainted with Central Oregon’s biggest city before settling in for the night.

We will also stop at Multnomah Falls, the second-tallest year-round waterfall in the nation. The water drops 620 feet from its origin on Larch Mountain. We will have a farewell lunch (included in the rate) at Multnomah Falls Lodge overlooking the Columbia River.
