The View Hotel

The View Hotel (4*) is designed with respect for the sacred setting in which it is located. “Green” building standards and environmentally friendly operating procedures are a hallmark of the hotel, restaurant and Trading Post. As you look from your guestroom, the iconic formations of the world famous Mittens stand before you in timeless beauty. The View Hotel is the only hotel located inside Monument Valley and is adjacent to the Monument Valley Tribal Park Visitors Center. From the privacy of your own room, you will have the most unobstructed, unspoiled view possible. From your private balcony you will be so close, you will feel like you can reach out and touch the massive sandstone monuments that rise majestically from the expansive Navajo landscape.

With a great expanse of windows looking out into the grandeur of Monument Valley, The View Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from a complete menu of Navajo inspired dishes and classic American cuisine created by our Navajo chefs—who combine their sophisticated Le Cordon Bleu culinary training with their unique heritage of Navajo cooking learned at the wood stoves of their grandmothers. The restaurant adjoins the hotel on the second level or around outdoor patio on the first level. Beer and Wine are not allowed to be sold within the Navajo Nation borders. The View Restaurant offers non-alcoholic beer and wine.

Guest may shop for souvenirs at the Monument Valley Trading Post located on-site. The Monument Valley Visitor Center is nearby. Most visitors to Monument Valley come to see the iconic formations during sunrise or sunset. But while staying overnight they discover the amazing beauty of the stars over Monument Valley. Work out while witnessing spectacular sunsets in the fitness center offering views to the west of Monument Valley.
