Defined as an author’s cuisine, it aims at highlighting the basic flavors of each product, in combination with the refinement and typical originality of the cooking. Delicious fishes and shellfishes, wild game dishes, typical recipes including the Patagonian stew or the hare stew and the famous and delicate Patagonian lamb are the celebrities of the menu. These dishes are prepared following strict methods of the international cooking and are accompanied by a wide selection of smoked products and homemade cheeses, which in due time find their way towards a perfect finale with exquisite crafty desserts, especially thought of to combine flavours and textures.
