Be there as Brazil hosts the World Cup in 2014! With matches running from June 12 - July 13th, the country will be buzzing with excitement. Attend the matches that are of particular personal interest interspersed with some cultural tours and activities as you base yourself out of Rio de Janeiro. Consider adding some additional time to your vacation to experience more that this diverse and colorful country has to offer.

We are offering accommodation packages during the World Cup in partnership with specific hotels (3, 4 and 5* options) based out of Rio de Janeiro which are arranged in "waves" throughout the month of the tournament as follows; June 12 - 17 inclusive (6 nights), June 18 - 23 inclusive (6 nights), June 24 - 29 inclusive (6 nights), June 30 - July 5 inclusive (6 nights), June 12 to June 20 inclusive (9 nights), June 21 to 29 inclusive (9 nights), July 6 to July 9 inclusive (4 nights) and July 10 to July 13 inclusive (4 nights).

Matches are held in 11 different cities throughout Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Natal, Salvador, Cuiaba, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Fortaleza, Manaus, Brasilia and Porto Alefre) and matches outside of Rio include return airfare and transportation from Rio de Janeiro.

  • * Accommodation, Activities, Transfers, Meals, Fees where indicated as per the itinerary * Local and international traveler assistance during your tour * Specialised and personalised services * Accommodation packages throughout the World Cup Tournament (June12- July 13, 2014) include on site host and destination services personnel. * Matches include return shared transportation from specific hotels, and in the case of matches outside of Rio, transportation between specific hotels to & from Rio de Janeiro airport, return airfare between Rio de Janeiro and the city where the match is being played, return shared transportation to/from airport to/from arena in city where match is being played. * Time permitting, a sightseeing highlights tour may be provided in the destination city - please note that this is not a guaranteed inclusion and no refund will be given in the case that this is not provided. *Tickets are typically delivered in pairs. * Surcharges may apply for odd numbers of tickets or larger groups.

  • Your deposit is due immediately on booking (50% of program price). 25% of program price is due 365 days prior to departure. The balance is due 180 days prior to departure.
  • All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations of confirmed bookings 366 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a loss of 50% of the program price and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 181-365 days will be subject to a loss of 75% of program price. 180 days or less will be subject to a loss of 100% of program price.
  • Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
  • Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
