Don Domingo Restaurant and Quincho offers international cuisine as well as typical Chilean dishes. The hotel has its own greenhouse, and thanks to this, their guests enjoy fresh, healthy vegetables and salads with unique tastes. A typical speciality is the "Cordero al Palo Patagonico," one, for about four hours on an open fire, roast lamb. It will be prepared by a so-called "Gaucho". Under the special coal from Nire-wood, the lamb will be eaten in their zone-style restaurant, the "Quincho".

On the shores of the lake Negros, there spa area, counting with two saunas and shower, a covered Jacuzzi, Hot Tubs, and private rooms for their guests to relax during a massages.
