The use of natural textures and colours in the overall decoration invites one to feel comfortable and relaxed immediately upon entering. The living area with its big open fire and panoramic windows towards the lake is perfect for relaxed conversation over a glass of good Chilean wine or to just enjoy the beauty and the peace of the place. All suites are equipped with Flat screen TV, DVD & CD Player, WiFi, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, comfortable bathrobes, bathroom toiletries, safety box and living area. Chef Jordan Barrera creates a Chilean gourmet menu every day, using seasonal, fresh vegetables, fish, seafood, and meat, and of course with our guests' preferences in mind. There are always two exquisite alternatives to choose from. Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, can relax and also enjoy the outstanding cuisine.
For all the attractions, you'll likely spend most of your time lounging in the living area by the fire, gazing out at the lake, and savoring the flavors of a Chilean wine from the cellar or sipping a Pisco Sour, a local cocktail. When the fresh air has awakened your appetite, you'll be tempted to the table by the delicacies created by the chef, made with ingredients bought in local markets.
