The chef creates a Chilean Gourmet Menu every day, using seasonal, fresh vegetables, fish, seafood and meat, and of course with guests' preferences in mind. There are always two exquisite alternatives to choose from. Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, can relax and also enjoy the outstanding cuisine. At Quincho Country Home only Chilean wines are served.
