The gastronomy in Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa is defined as a fusion of flavors that mix typical Patagonian and Chilean preparations with Mediterranean cooking. With the aim of optimizing supply logistics, the exquisite and delicate daily menus are made up of two alternatives of starter, main course and dessert. Once a week, the spectacular gourmet five-course dinner takes prominence, where products, flavors, textures and colors are combined, and all accompanied by a fine selection of Chilean wines. The gastronomy in Puyuhuapi is renowned for its fine preparations with fresh products like king crab, salmon, southern hake, and king clip (congrio) extracted from the Patagonian fjords, by its lamb reared in the neighboring meadows, and by top quality meat such as veal, ostrich, and deer.

It could be an adventure sailing by kayak through the channels and between islands, going out in search of seals and Chilean dolphins, walking through the woods and mountain ranges of incredible vegetation to admire the Ventisquero Colgante (Hanging Glacier) and millennial glaciers, bird-watching, including the pleasant chucao tapaculo or the black woodpecker, or visiting the picturesque town of Puyuhuapi and learning about its culture and its handcrafted rug factory.

The spa of Puyuhuapi Lodge is an exceptional space where water from the sea, waterfalls, and thermal springs converge; it has large windows that offer a panoramic view across the fjord and the snowy mountain summits of the Andes. With the aim of achieving a more recreational atmosphere that promotes rest and relaxation, in the spa you will find that fountains, waterfalls, and cold water showers have been incorporated. Further Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa has 3 thermal open air baths areas on the edge of the fjord that allow you to enjoy a rejuvenating bath in the middle of a spectacular landscape, as well as during the night under the stars or a soft, southerly rain.
