The cuisine at The Wine Restaurant is contemporary and the exclusive menu, combining traditional meals in the Port of Valparaiso with a selection of international offerings. The house chef marks his cuisine with native flavors. The terraces adjoining the restaurant are wide and panoramic views of Provide the ocean, in Addition to outdoor barbecues and a bar.
The Breakfast Room and wide terrace, set on the steep edge of the hill, the dominant views of the Bay and the hills of Valparaiso. A buffet breakfast is served here from early on in the day, and it is also an ideal place to spend an afternoon relaxing with a before-dinner drink, blending in with the bayside landscape. The outside terrace is climatized and protected from the wind, yet still permitting a view of the bay.
One of the best-kept secrets of Grand Hotel Gervasoni is its underground wine cellar. where lies a selection of the best wines in the world. The wine list has been personally designed by Alejandro Guarachi, one of hotel's owners and a great connoisseur of wine. The cellar is stocked with More than 190 labels, both domestic and international, representing wines from: Chile, Argentina, Italy, France, Spain, Australia and the United States. A special wine tasting can be organized to introduce you to the different wines and to the aromas and flavors entailed in each tasting experience.
