Tremendous pride is taken in the food served at La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa. The French chef uses local ingredients from the organic garden, offering ingredients and dishes native to the region, accompanied by fresh tropical fruit juices at every meal. For all food and drinks, purified bottled water is brought directly from Quito. La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa can serve vegetarian meals and accommodate special diets upon request.
