The property is nestled on the left bank of the Colca River and boasts twenty luxurious Casitas offering supreme privacy and exclusivity in simple, unpretentious surroundings. This all inclusive property offers the opportunity to relax and spend time in harmony with nature, the canyon and the community.
Dotted throughout the property, offering supreme privacy and exclusivity are twenty individual luxury casitas. The casitas have been built and decorated with the beauty of the locality in mind. The emphasis has been placed on natural materials; walls are made of brick whilst roofs are constructed of wood and handcrafted tiles. Beautiful Laja stone floors are laid in the casitas and on the terraces, complete with under floor heating. Each casita has a private terrace, and a heated plunge pool, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the delights of the Colca Canyon. There are eleven twin-bedded casitas and eight king-bedded casitas each of which occupies an area of 120 metres square, of which 80 metres square is indoor space. There is also a larger Presidential Casita which measures 197 metres square. In each casita a foyer leads to the bedroom and lounge area.

The Restaurant is located in the main building on the property. Food for the restaurant is grown by the property's own farm, which allows guests to select the ingredients for their meal directly from the fields. The unique open plan kitchen means that guests can watch as the chefs prepare the food. The Lobby Bar is an ideal place to relax after a day trekking in the Colca Canyon and boasts a large variety of best quality liquors, cocktails and refreshments. Room service is also available between 06.00 and 22.00 where guests can choose to dine in the privacy of their own room, or on their terrace overlooking the Colca Canyon.
The Spa Samay takes its name from the ancient Inca language, Quecha, and means 'rest'. The four treatment rooms offer a range of treatments inspired by the Andean culture, and created using indigenous products from the Colca Valley and the highlands of Peru. At Las Casitas del Colca the emphasis has been placed on attention to detail and responding to guest's every need. The Library provides a computer with internet access and the facility to download digital images from a camera onto DVD, creating precious space for more photographs of stunning surroundings. Relax in the free form swimming pool which blends into the surroundings, which allows guests to feel a part of nature while relaxing in the cooling waters.
