With its stylish contemporary design, cutting-edge technology and ideal location, the flagship Casa Andina Private Collection - Miraflores hotel is the top of its class in every aspect. Once the Miraflores César's, Lima’s fondly remembered, original five-star hotel, this modern icon was dramatically transformed in 2008 into the capital’s newest luxury hotel. Its quintessential Limeño flavor reverberates in the exquisite art collection of contemporary local artists and prized colonial-era antiques, in both public spaces and accommodations.
The 17-story hotel, with views over Miraflores and the Pacific coast, offers 148 sophisticated, contemporary luxury rooms and suites, with soundproofing and LCD flatscreen TVs in every room. First-class amenities include a heated, covered pool and breezy terrace, gymnasium with the latest exercise equipment, prestigious Joop salon & massage room.
Elegant and sophisticated rooms rise 17 floors over Miraflores and afford superb views of Lima and the coast. They include Traditional and Superior rooms, as well as Suites, Senior Suites and a grand Imperial Suite. The hotel is the first in Peru to feature LCD flat-screen TVs in all its rooms, and all rooms have state-of-the-art IP phone systems (which transmit real-time images of the hotel’s signature areas) and advanced soundproofing screens that eliminate 100% of outside noise.

Casa Andina’s elegant and stylish flagship restaurant, named “Alma” in honor of the original César’s Hotel, is helmed by Chef Javier Morante, Casa Andina’s chief of gastronomy since 2010. The gourmet menu offered daily at lunch and dinner, features local Limeño and Peruvian cuisine, exquisitely presented and based on regional ingredients and cutting-edge culinary techniques. The dining room’s chic modern design is a playful stylistic nod to the hotel’s 1970s origins. It features an informal, glass-enclosed and plant-lined corridor that recalls outdoor European bistro seating—a great spot for a sunny lunch. The daily buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant includes a custom omelet bar as well as a full complement of local fruits, juices, cereals and more.
