The ranch facilities are framed in an old coffee house colonial architecture of the late nineteenth century, built in the style of southern Spain.
Standard rooms are comfortable and feature private bathroom with shower and hot water.
A traditional and international kitchen features healthy cooking with dishes from the Andes and International Foods.
Hacienda El Carmen has been recognized as an inn and is planted in a coffee plantation with more than 100 years of uninterrupted work and where guests learn more about this product. A living museum of the Café, where visitors can see the essence and experience the origin of the drink to appreciate and understand all aspects of the process, from planting to roasting and tasting.
