Located in the private Kanana concession in the south-western Okavango Delta overlooking the Xudum River is relaxed Kanana Camp. The eight deluxe luxury style tents are built on stilts to insure a good view of the floodplains for all guests. The common facilities of the camps are also built up on stilts overlooking these floodplains. There is a sandy fire pit and jetty, and a short walk from there leads you to a lovely swimming pool and deck. Kanana Camp is built among spectacular shade trees of ebony, knob thorn acacia, and the sausage tree. Protected by a mix of jackal berry, acacia and sausage trees, Kanana is surrounded by a necklace of islands dotted with palm, fig, ebony and knobthorns and home to a myriad of birds, plants and animals.
