    Island Tents

The island accommodates 12 thatched tents, each one with two beds. Every bed is equipped with a mosquito net. Built on poles with a deck overlooking the river, these bungalows will allow you to do some fishing from the deck and enjoy. The thatched roofs guarantee a good thermal regulation, that is, not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. Every tent has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a toilet and a basin with hot and cold water. These are open sky bathrooms that will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. Electricity is provided at key times by a generator. Bathrooms are lit by paraffin lights.

      Tree Houses

Four larger chalets on stilts are also available on higher ground, built on high poles, made of wood and canvas, along with thatched roofs. Confidently placed in the middle of the trees, they allow for an incredible view on the Botswana plains. Each chalet on stilts has a large bedroom that is stylishly furnished; along with a large en-suite bathroom as well as an expanding deck.

        Camp Kwando Dining

The roomy dining room, open on its riverside flank, can accommodate up to thirty guests, and from where you can keep an eye on the passing fauna of crocodiles and hippos whilst dining. The chef and culinary staff will do whatever possible to accommodate every guest during breakfast, lunch and dinner. This welcoming place is open to the guests of the lodge as well as of the camp site. You can enjoy a chat at the bar, or use one of the tables to play cards or finish some pending work.
