Africa On Foot Camp is located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger Park in South Africa. Guests can catch scheduled flights from Johannesburg or Cape Town to Hoedspruit Airport or Nelspruit Airport. It is only a 30 minute drive from Hoedspruit and 3 hours from Nelspruit. The camp has five chalets ensuring an intimate and personal safari experience, as well as a pool, lounge and dining area.It is part of the Greater Kruger which is over 1 million hectares of unspoilt, pristine wilderness. Guests can enjoy a wildlife area rich in game including lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo as well as hyena, hippo, giraffe, zebra and a whole host of other animals.

Africa On Foot Camp has five chalets, including two family chalets in order to ensure an intimate and personal safari experience, and a tree house where more adventurous guests can sleep under the stars. The Maroela and Harderkool are family chalets, each furnished with a double bed, twin beds, and en-suite bathroom. They both sleep a maximum of four guests. Other chalets also include en-suite bathroom, outside shower, either a double bed or a twin bed, and some have outside showers. To give you the 'classic old world' experience, your room is lit with traditional lanterns at night. You'll be able to charge your personal items at the main lodge.
Guests can relax by the pool, lounge and dining area, or even at the traditional boma where guests can enjoy evening camp fires and traditional South African barbecues called "braais".
Here you can enjoy both day and night game drives. Animals are most active in the morning and late afternoon/evening. Join up with others from the camp to head out each day and track game. Africa on Foot is also unique in that they offer a full 2-4hr walking safari.
