The Ta Van Restaurant's Chef, Alain Nguyen, studied the culinary arts under the training of celebrity chef Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris. His fine cuisine blends unique ingredients from the Sapa region to create exciting international dishes with a French and Vietnamese flair. The Ta Van Restaurant has a large central fireplace and spectacular mountain views from the terrace. The restaurant offers a variety of European and Asian cuisines with Cheese Fondue as a specialty.
