Day 1: Auckland

Day 2: Auckland

Lasting for 1.5 hours, this climb will have you wondering whether to look at your feet or focus on the spectacular views.
Custom engineered walkways provide a safe, enjoyable and easy-going experience while you enjoy Auckland to the fullest with 360 degree views from the summit. This trip has a maximum group size of 12 guests. The tour departs at 9 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and at 2.30 p.m. and takes approximately 1.5 hours.

The America’s Cup is the world’s oldest and most prestigious sporting trophy and ultimate yachting accomplishment.  Usually the domain of billionaires and elite professional yachties, this activity provides a very unique opportunity to participate in sailing on these grand prix racing machines.  A must do attraction in Auckland and a unique opportunity to participate as crew on an actual America’s Cup yacht.  The experience varies per person: take the helm, exert energy on the grinders or sit back, relax and enjoy the sail, a once in a lifetime experience. The trip is subject to route alterations as well as wind and weather conditions. The trip departs from the Viaduct basin Downtown Auckland. The group size may vary between 8 and 30 passengers. Departure times from November until March are 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and from April to October 1 p.m.

Day 3: Auckland - Waitomo Caves - Rotorua

This morning you will meet your driver guide in the lobby of your hotel and begin your scenic journey from the city of Auckland to Rotorua. En-route the transfer will visit the Waitomo Caves that are famous for their glowworms. Lunch and entrance fees are not included. The transfer takes 9 hours, depending on the type of touring in Waitomo.

Join the 3 hour original adventure of the Black Labyrinth. Black Labyrinth is Waitomo’s original and amazing underground cave tubing experience that is known and talked about all around the world.  Over three hours you’ll work your way through squeezes, take leaps of faith over cascading underground waterfalls and float serenely down river as you enjoy the glowworm show on the vaulted limestone galleries up above. The tour does not include any transportation. The adventure takes approximately 3.00 hours and has a limited group size of 12 participants. Departure times are 9.00 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 12.00 noon, 1.30 p.m., 3 p.m.

Day 4: Rotorua

During this 4.5 hours tour, experience the amazing geothermal activity, gushing geysers, boiling mud pools and the many colours displayed amongst the pools, lakes, craters, steaming vents and mineral terraces within the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland. Enjoy a Waimangu Volcanic Valley nature walk amidst a stunning volcanic landscape providing spectacular views of hot crater lakes, steaming cliffs, hissing fumeroles, colourful silica terraces, rare thermally adapted plants and the opportunity to see some of New Zealand's native birdlife. The passenger guide ratio is 1:10. The tour departs at 8.00 a.m.

Enjoy a guided tour of the valley with one of Te Puia's world renowned guides. As part of the tour you will visit New Zealand's national carving and weaving schools and witness these disciplines in practice, under the guidance of full-time master carvers and weavers. You will visit award winning interactive galleries, see a kiwi bird up close, and most importantly, hear stories as told by the descendants of the valley. To conclude the tour you will visit the geyser and mud pools and then be invited to have a short rest prior to the beginning of the evening experience. Traditionally, Te Po is an intimate time for sharing knowledge. Te Po is also Te Puia's authentic evening cultural experience a feast of food, culture and friendship. It begins every night at Te-Heketanga-a-Rangi (The Heavenly Origins). The space comprises twelve monumental carvings reaching skywards, each one representing a Maori deity. Hear the stories of the past and see how these traditions live on today. Feeding guests is regarded by Maori as an honor and a sign of a tribe's mana (standing), So a sumptuous banquet is provided during the evening. This banquet combines contemporary cuisine with a traditional hangi (earth-cooked oven meal), where kai (food) is steam-cooked by hot rocks in the earth, giving it a delicious smoky flavor.
Following dessert, you will be transferred to the Whakarewarewa Geothermal Valley to enjoy the spectacular lighting. Guests can wander around the illuminated natural attractions, including Pohutu geyser. This tour can accommodate 160 guests.

Day 5: Rotorua

Experience the spectacular geothermal activity and stunning volcanic landscapes of Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland and Waimangu Thermal Valley, during this 8 hour geothermal exploration tour. Admire the craftsmanship during a visit to the Government Gardens, before a visit to a unique Sulphur Bay. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Blue and Green Lakes, providing stunning panoramic views of Lake Tarawera and the Mount Tarawera volcano. Witness the volcanic devastation created by the Mount Tarawera eruption of 1886, which is very evident at the Rotorua’s Buried Village. Journey through time and watch the captivating tale of Te Wairoa unfold at the Buried Village Museum and on a guided walk through the excavated sites. Take a walk to a picturesque waterfall set amidst beautiful New Zealand rain-forest. Finish the day with a relaxing walk through the magnificent Redwood Forest. Lunch and refreshments are included. The tour starts at 8.00 a.m. and returns at approximately 4.00 p.m. The participant guide ratio is 1:10.

Day 6: Rotorua - Queenstown

You will be picked up and dropped off at your hotel in Queenstown. For many, this would have to be the ultimate challenge. Make no mistake, the Nevis Highwire Bungy is not for the nervous - with a wild 134 metres (440 feet) drop, the river seems to rush towards you faster than you`re rushing towards it! The pick up transfer can accommodate up to 12 passengers and departs at 08:40hrs, 09:20hrs, 10:00hrs, 10:40hrs, 11:20hrs, 112:00hrs, 12:40hrs, 13:20hrs, 14:00hrs, 14:40hrs and 15:20hrs. Please wear secure footwear. Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your jump.

Day 7: Queenstown

Travel by luxury coach on an unforgettable journey from Queenstown into Milford Sound.  Travel from Queenstown along the shores of Lake Wakatipu, and through rolling countryside to Te Anau.  After a short break at Te Anau, continue via the spectacular Milford Road, to Milford Sound.  Board the Milford Mariner for a relaxing cruise of Milford Sound.  The cruise provides excellent viewing opportunities and plenty of time is available to enjoy waterfalls, rainforest, mountains and wildlife.  An on board nature guide provides interpretation in English only.   Experience stunning surroundings at the heart of Te Wahipounamu World Heritage Area. In Maori legend, the fiords were created not by rivers of ice, but by Tu Te Raki Whanoa, a godly figure who came wielding a magical adze uttering incantations. Milford Sound (Piopiotahi) is without doubt his finest sculpture. Luxuriant rainforest clings to sheer rock walls washed with waterfalls. In the foreground stands Mitre Peak, dominating the skyline. Whatever the fiord’s mood, teeming with rain or with sun glistening on deep water, it will inspire you.   A return transfer by luxury coach to Queenstown is provided. Day 8: Queenstown

Experience the thrill and excitement of parachute jumping in New Zealand with a tandem Skydive above Queenstown. The unique rural drop zone is 20 minutes from Queenstown on a private airstrip away from the main airport, nestled at the base of the Remarkable Mountains on the edge of Lake Wakatipu. The first skydive is a scary thing.  You can expect a sensory overload as your mind, soul and body fight against every natural self preservatory urge. With this 12,000 foot jump you will experience 45 seconds of Free-falling! The trip takes approximately 3.5 hours and the maximum group size for this adventure is 21 participants. The trip departs every hour from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and includes pick up and drop off from/at your hotel. The weight limit for this dive is 220 pounds or 100 kilograms.

Prepare yourself for the thrill and excitement of the ultimate Jet Boating experience with world famous Shotover Jet; it's a unique, breathtaking white water ride and an adrenaline rush you'll never forget! From the moment the accelerator hits the floor your adrenaline hits the roof as you speed in mere centimetres of water along the famous Shotover River and deep into the spectacular Shotover River Canyons. It's an amazing white water ride, as the Shotover Canyon walls tower over you, your expert driver puts your 'Big Red' Jet Boat through its paces and skilfully whips it past rocky outcrops, skims around crags and boulders, and speeds through the dramatic and narrow canyons. Rock faces blur in your peripheral vision and the water sprays into myriads of white water crystals with every turn as you speed in your state of the art 'Big Red' Jet Boat at up to 85kph over crystal clear water as shallow as 10cm deep. Day 9: Queenstown

Today you will be collected from your accommodation at approximately 8.00 a.m. for a full day walk within the ancient Beech forest of the Mount Aspiring National Park. Start the tour with a scenic drive to the northern end of Lake Wakatipu and into the Routeburn Valley. The high snow-capped mountains provide a magnificent backdrop for the walk up this beautiful river valley. A journey along the edge of the lake from Queenstown, to the head of Lake Wakatipu is the ideal preparation for the splendour of the world-famous Routeburn Track. The walk begins amongst the towering trees of the ancient Beech forest, making route gradually through blankets of forest moss and ferns.  The woodland eventually parts to reveal the rich grassland of Routeburn Flats, overlooked on all sides by cloud-scraping mountains, some so high they have permafrost and small glaciers. These flats provide the perfect location to enjoy a well-earned lunch, before heading to the next stop at Routeburn Falls. The tour takes approximately 9 hours with a walking time of 3 to 5 hours (optional). The distance is 16 kilometers on an easy hiking path. The group size is varying between 2 to 6 participants per guide. Please wear closed toe trainers or boots (no sandals or jandals), a hat, sunscreen, insect repellant, waterproof/windproof/warm clothing for changeable weather and a small daypack. And remember to bring you camera and a smile!

  • Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
