Day 1: London

For your added comfort, a Meet & Greet assistant will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall of the airport after you pass through customs. They'll direct you to your transfer, assist in the hotel check-in process, and take you through your travel documents.

A welcome package with a city map, train tickets (if relevant), and any other touristic information that we deem you may find useful, will be provided to you on your first day in destination.

Day 2: London

Board a coach and depart on a shared tour, driving past some of London's most famous landmarks including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, before arriving at St. Paul's Cathedral for a visit of England’s largest church, used for Sir Winston Churchill’s funeral, and the Queen’s 2002 Golden Jubilee. After a quick a photo stop outside Westminster Abbey, you’ll head toward Buckingham Palace, residence of the Queen, where depending on the day and availability, you’ll either visit the Palace, or watch the renowned Changing of the Guard. In the afternoon, continue to the UNESCO-listed Tower of London- where you’ll join a Yeoman Warder or ‘Beefeater' for a tour, explaining the history behind this 11th century fortress of imprisonment and torture. View the remarkable Crown Jewels and take free time to explore on your own. Next, take a short ferry ride on the River Thames and indulge in the epitome of British tradition with Afternoon Tea, complete with a glass of Champagne; the most elegant way to enjoy an afternoon on the river. Glide along and admire the views of St. Paul's Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe, before coming to an end at the South Bank Pier, near London’s iconic The London Eye.

Day 3: London

Enjoy time at leisure to explore at your own pace, or relax at your hotel.

London is host to an array of world-class museums, which you are free to explore and enjoy at your leisure. Many museums in London have free entry, and are accessible via the London Underground (the Tube).  For your convenience, here are some of the more prominent museums in the city, and their corresponding Underground station: The British Museum (Holburn station), The National Gallery (Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross station), the Victoria & Albert (South Kensington station), The Wallace Collection (Bond Street station) or the London Transport Museum (Covent Garden station).

Day 4: London - Bath

Meet your private driver for a transfer to Bath today. En route, you'll stop at Stonehenge, for approximately two hours of self-guided discovery. A prehistoric monument recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Stonehenge is an icon of Great Britain. Dating back an estimated 5,000 years, wonder and mystery surround this impressive stone monument. Day 7: Windermere

Board a mini coach and depart on a guided group tour of Beatrix Potter, focusing on the countryside she loved. Ideal for fans of Miss Potter as well as fans of exceptional scenery, you’ll start by making your way from Bowness Bay towards Waterhead, cruising aboard a boat on England’s largest Lake, Windermere. Sit back and enjoy the unrivalled views from the lake towards the fell ranges beyond. After arriving at Waterhead, you’ll make your way to Beatrix Potter’s Hill Top Farm, where she wrote many of her famous children’s stories in this 17th century cottage. You’ll be able to explore the garden and visit the shop, and even have an opportunity to go into the house (entrance, if desired, is payable on the spot. Not open Fridays). You’ll continue to the picturesque medieval village of Hawkshead, where you’ll have a little time to explore its many delightful features, and take some photographs, including the Old Grammar School attended by William Wordsworth. Onward then, to the renowned beauty spot of Tarn Hows, which is one of the most photographed locations in the Lake District. Soak up the stunning views looking towards the mountains at Tarn Hows, before making your way back to Windermere.

  • Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
  • Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
  • Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
  • Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
