Scandic Gamla Stan

Hotel Scandic Gamla Stan is located right in the center of Stockholm’s historic quarter. The hotel is located in a charming 17th century building with a medieval atmosphere, and within walking distance of most Stockholm´s offers. Narrow alleyways, taverns, cafes, stores and closeness to the seats of power of the Swedish Parliament, civil service headquarters and Royal Palace, make a stay in Gamla Stan (the Old Town) a fantastic experience. The hotel is entirely furnished in a classical 18th century style, providing a very cozy ambience. The hotel has beautiful guest rooms, each of them decorated in unique Gustavian style. Gamla Stan Hotel does not have its own restaurant, only a breakfast area, but there are plenty of restaurants available close to the hotel, serving both Swedish and international cuisine.
