On arrival at Nashville International Airport, a representative will meet you at baggage claim, provide document delivery, review your itinerary, and assist with your hotel check-in. Approximate transfer time from the airport to your city hotel is 1 hour while your representative will be available for up to 3 hours.

Day 2: Nashville

Along with your private guide, tour the world’s largest music research center and repository of country music artifacts housed at the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum today. The museum’s archive includes more than 2.5 million artifacts consisting of nearly 200,000 sound recordings, including an estimated 98% of all pre-World War II country recordings released commercially. Housing hundreds of historic musical instruments, featuring Mother Maybelle Carter's Gibson L-5, Earl Scruggs's banjo, Bob Wills' fiddle, and Bill Monroe's mandolin. After the museum, head to the historic RCA Studio B, a studio located centrally in the historic Music Row district for a private tour. This studio has seen many influential artists including Elvis Presley, who is known to have recorded over two hundred songs here. Finally, arrive at Hatch Show Print which will take you full circle as you learn the history, while seeing firsthand how letterpress posters were printed in the 1800’s and how the same process is still used today. Day 3: Nashville

Walk through Andrew Jackson’s life and home with a private guide on an informative tour of the secluded Hermitage Mansion. Gain a deeper explanation of the 13 rooms and décor of this Greek-styled property. You'll next explore historic Franklin, considered one of America’s top small towns, lined with charming sights and a picturesque Main Street. Offering boutique shopping, galleries, and quaint eateries, Franklin features the best of small town Americana. Your final stop of the day is the award-winning Arrington Vineyard, founded by Kix Brooks of the legendary country recording duo Brooks & Dunn. This memorable private tasting takes place in the charming Wine Loft, overlooking the scenic vineyards. Master Vintner, Kip Summers, will prepare a select tasting of award-winning wines paired with seasonal small bites. Your tour concludes with a private transfer back to your Nashville hotel.

  • Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price, minimum $350). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
  • Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
  • Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
  • Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
