Explore Argentina, from its lively capital, Buenos Aires, to the natural splendor of its legendary, thunderous Iguazu Falls.

Get a dose of genuine Argentina right at the get go, with an authentic dinner and tango show in Buenos Aires. From there, meet your private English-speaking guide, and embark on a city tour of signature sites Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, and even make your way through a section of Buenos Aires' network of ancient underground passages. Argentina produces an extensive list of world class Malbecs, and a private excursion will bring you to one of Buenos Aires' known wine cellars where you’ll refine your palate during a Malbec tasting with a wine expert. Leave Buenos Aires and head toward the iconic Iguazu Falls, straddling the Argentine-Brazil border. Cross over to Brazil with your private guide and explore the Brazilian Falls, then return for an entirely different perspective as you discover the thunderous falls from the Argentine side. A boat ride on the Iguazu River will bring you up near the falls for an even closer, more impressive look, before you bid farewell to this remarkable country.

For your added comfort, you will have an English-speaking guide waiting for you outside of customs with a sign with your name on it. Your representative will help you to co-ordinate meeting up with your private driver and accompany you to your accommodation.

Get ready for a night of Tango like no other at Rojo Tango! You will be picked up at your hotel in a private vehicle by a professional driver (Spanish-speaking). The show starts at 08.30pm at the Cabaret of the Faena Hotel + Universe. "Rojo Tango” is an invitation to live and feel the tango intensely. It is a sophisticated show that lets you experience the pleasure of the tango up to its most minimum details, its harmonic melodies, its rhythm and the feelings and colors coming to live in the dance. Witness a professional performance, offered to a small audience. Dancers wear unique costumes, including updated innovations in fabrics, embroideries and colors. The hairdos are of particular importance and match every detail of the costumes and dance. The special lighting enhances the dance's different nuances. A special dinner and drinks are included. Day 2: Buenos Aires

Meet your professional driver and private guide at your hotel for a half-day tour of Buenos Aires, including its ancient passages. The recently discovered ancient tunnels of Buenos Aires are one of the city’s best kept secrets. Start at the Plaza de Mayo, the city’s founding site and genuine birthplace of Buenos Aires’ urban development. Next is trendy San Telmo, a former enclave for local aristocracy. Here, you’ll get to visit one of the recently unearthed ancient subterranean tunnels, a part of a huge labyrinth below the streets of San Telmo, made up of a long corridor with vaulted ceilings and display cabinets exhibiting many items and utensils recovered during the excavation. Many myths have been created around the tunnels: people said they witnessed secret encounters, disappearances, murders, even political conspiracies.

Other areas that are included in your tour include La Boca, which was strongly shaped by the working class Italian immigrants, with its make shift houses made from scrap materials found in local shipyards, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires’ latest and most sophisticated neighborhood, and La Recoleta, where a short stop is made at the gorgeous Plaza San Martín, the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, and the celebrated Recoleta Cemetery with its ornate graves and mausoleums. Some of the most important characters of Argentina’s political and cultural life are buried here, including Eva Peron. The last stop on the tour is at the area known as Palermo Woods, an area of beautiful rose gardens, forest formations and lakes. After having gained a deeper insight in this culturally rich city, you return to your hotel.

Established in the historical district of Buenos Aires back in 1867, La Cava is an exclusive wine club located at the El Querandi Restaurant. Meet your private driver for a transfer to La Cava, its wine cellar housed in a carefully restored antique mansion. The wine list features exclusive labels, traditional products from small vineyards, signature wines, and other rare wines not normally found on the market. A selection of three Malbec wines from three different regions have been selected for your tasting enjoyment today, and you’ll experience these in the presence of a sommelier. A return transfer to your hotel will round out the activity.

You will be picked up at your hotel for a drive to the Brazilian National Park side of the ‘Falls’, crossing the Brazilian boarder. You will have the opportunity to look at some authentic Brazilian hand-made crafts before starting the short drive through subtropical, lush jungle with spectacular palm trees and lianas until you reach the proper start of the Iguazu Falls Walk. At the beginning of the path, take some time to marvel at the panoramic view of the enormous Iguazú Falls emerging in front of you in all their spectacular magnificence. Your personal guide will take you to the 1,200 meters long footbridge to experience this natural wonder from a different perspective. You will discover that these falls across the river - although they belong to Argentina - can only be seen from the Brazilian side. Take a panoramic elevator to get an even more impressive sight of this amazing scenery. At the end of the tour you will be brought back to your hotel.

  • Dennis J. — July 20, 2016 — South America

We did not worry about a thing during our trip. All the people associated with Kensington Tours were awesome. Very detail focused with times and meeting places. Awesome group

  • Wendy M. — July 20, 2016 — South America

Our vacation was "perfection from start to end". What a great feeling it was to know someone was at each airport/train waiting for us, driving us to the hotels, checked us into our hotels and didn't just drop us off, discussed each days itinerary and pick up times - called us in our room to verify times. When they say they will be there at 9:20, rest assured they will be there exactly at that time. The drivers, tour guides and representatives Bruno, Mel, Thomas, Betty, Paul, Willy & Hilda spoke excellent English, knew their history of Peru extremely well. We asked all kinds of questions and they were able to answer every question as well as taught us how to say thank you in Quechua and Aymara. The hotels were outstanding and exceptional! If I over looked anyone or any other detail - you all were outstanding including Kelly and Maria who put this trip together bending over backwards to make every detail perfect. You have made the perfect vacation even more perfect!!! I will add my review to TripAdvisor. Thank you so so much.

  • Karen G. — July 15, 2016 — South America

We had an excellent vacation. We loved Peru. The logistics and quality of guides were very good. In particular, the tour guides at Machu Picchu, the Amazon and Lima historical old town were excellent.

  • Anne C. — June 30, 2016 — South America

The local guides were great, in Cusco, Machu Picchu and Lima. I really enjoyed having the same guide, driver and car for all activities in the Sacred Valley, Cusco. It really helped to make us feel comfortable. The accommodations were great, especially at Sol y Luna lodge. Everyone was very willing to help make the trip what we wanted and accommodate our needs. The timing of tours worked out really well and think the trip was planned according to our needs, including things we may not have even been aware of.

  • Bruce C. — June 15, 2016 — South America

Our trip to Machu Picchu was to celebrate our 15 year anniversary, it was amazing!!!! We are frequent travelers and don't normally use a travel company but did for this trip, it was fantastic. Everything was cared for, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about their culture. They truly took the effort out of this trip for us. We will definitely use Kensington again.

  • Charles B. — May 25, 2016 — South America

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Peru. The Kensington representatives took all of the stress out of the logistics and were very welcoming and knowledgeable.
