The M/V Galapagos Legend is a 100-passenger luxury class yacht, specifically built for expedition cruises of the Galapagos. Junior Suites are 161 square feet, have two panoramic windows in each cabin and are located on the Earth Deck, next to the reception desk, library and boutique. Some Junior Suites can be interconnected as well. The majority of Junior Suites are designed for up to three guests and include one double bed and a sofa bed, however, there are also four Junior Suites capable of accommodating up to four guests, and include one double bed and two single beds. Standard Plus Cabins are 118 square feet, located on both the Earth and Sea decks and feature a porthole window, and have easy access to the boarding area and to the restaurant. The Superior Cabins have twin beds which can be joined and include a private en-suite bathroom. Each cabin has been individually decorated with paintings of Galapagos species. Other amenities in your cabin are safe deposit box and mini bar. Triple occupancy accommodated with sofa bed.
Legend Suites are located on the Earth Deck, and are 215 square feet. They have panoramic windows, private social areas, queen-sized beds and sofa beds with en-suite bathrooms. Each cabin has been individually decorated with paintings of Galapagos species. Other amenities in your cabin are safe deposit box and mini bar.
Standard Cabins are 118 square feet and have interior positions located on the Earth deck. There are no windows in these cabins. Features include low twin beds or a double bed, air conditioning, phone service for internal, local and international calls, video system with LCD TV, music, activities, itineraries and consumption on board, safe-deposit box, and private bathroom.
The 226 square foot Balcony Suites are located on the Moon Deck, and each have their own private balcony with fantastic views from their heightened positions. They have twin beds that can be joined. These suites have direct access to the quieter, more secluded parts of the ship and feature en-suite bathrooms. Each cabin has been individually decorated with paintings of Galapagos species. Other amenities in your cabin are safe deposit box and mini bar.
The al fresco dining areas will allow for those romantic meals under the sun or the moon and stars. You can enjoy the creations of the chef in the Dining room, where they offer a broad variety of international dishes with an Ecuadorian flavour. For those midnight cravings, 24-hour room service is offered.
The Galapagos Legend is a ship specifically conditioned for Galapagos Islands cruises. The ship was completely refurbished in 2001 with all new interior. 1800 square meters of social areas will ensure you have all the amenities of a luxury cruiser and the privacy of a small ship. Broad observation decks will allow you to spot dolphins and whales as you smoothly navigate the rich Galapagos waters. You will be able to bathe under the sun at the sky deck by the pool.
