Here we Go!
A welcome package with a detailed itinerary containing any information that we deem you may find useful will be waiting for you upon arrival at the first hotel on your trip.
Be welcomed at Sydney Airport by your private guide, who escorts you seamlessly to your hotel before introducing you to the city’s vibrant heart on a culturally rich walking exploration of central Sydney. Begin in The Rocks, the city’s birthplace, where cobblestone streets and historic buildings reveal stories of the first European settlers in the late 18th century. Continue along Circular Quay toward the iconic Sydney Opera House, where you’ll step inside to admire its remarkable design. Pass through the elegant Queen Elizabeth Gates into the Royal Botanic Garden, a peaceful haven of native and exotic flora. Follow the shoreline along Farm Cove, once home to the first colonial farm, offering sweeping views of the harbor and sandstone seawall. Pause for a pre-booked brunch at a local cafÉ near the Art Gallery of New South Wales, where you can relax over a world-class coffee. Afterward, explore the gallery’s notable collection of colonial and Indigenous Australian art before continuing to Hyde Park and the Art Deco Archibald Fountain. Stroll past Sydney Tower and the Queen Victoria Building as your tour concludes back at The Rocks, where you may linger or return to your hotel with your guide.
The Rocks precinct of Sydney is among the city's most lively neighbourhoods for both shopping and dining. This evening, consider making a reservation at one of this area's outstanding restaurants. For modern Australian cuisine, we suggest visiting Pony Dining on the Rocks, featuring wood fired local cuisine. For something more adventuresome, visit Sake Restaurant and Bar, celebrated for its exceptional Japanese cuisine and beautiful Japanese atmosphere.

Sail the Seas
Board your sailing vessel at the Aquarium Pontoon on Aquarium Wharf in Darling Harbor and begin your half day adventure with up to 12 participants. Cruise through Darling Harbor, taking in iconic sights including the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbor Bridge—completed in 1932 and still the world’s largest steel arch bridge. After some time to snap a few photographs, continue onward dodging ferries around Circular Quay to arrive at the Rocks, Sydney’s first neighborhood where you’ll spot a number of convict labor constructions that are still standing strong. Turning towards Rushcutter's Bay the sails are hoisted and the engine is turned off. Gliding past the traditionally wealthy suburbs of Sydney, view the spectacular private homes at Darling Point, Point Piper and Vaucluse and the national parks of Clarke and Shark Islands to witness a number of wonderful spots in the city to check during time on your own. At noon, enjoy the chance to cast a line and swim in the tranquil bay while lunch is prepared, then relax with your freshly made meal as you begin the return journey.
