Enjoy a full day tour of Bucharest, also known as "Little Paris". A Journey Back in Time
History, royal legacy, and mountain charm unfold as you travel with your private driver on a full day journey from Bucharest to Brasov, stopping en route to explore two of Romania’s most iconic castles and a picturesque alpine town. After approximately a 2-hour journey, arrive in Sinaia, where you’ll visit Peles Castle, the 19th-century Neo-Renaissance masterpiece commissioned by King Carol I in 1873. Set amidst majestic mountain scenery, the castle dazzles with carved wood, stained glass, and lavish decor, reflecting the elegance of Romania’s royal past. Continue through the scenic Southern Carpathians and pause for lunch in town (meal cost not included). Then, venture onward into Transylvania to visit Bran Castle, perched atop a rocky hill and famously linked to Dracula. Explore the castle rooms, stroll the historic grounds, and experience the ambiance where myth and monarchy intersect. Conclude your day with a private transfer to Brasov.

BRASOV TO SIGHISOARA
A Walk Through the Past
Start your Old City tour with the Town Hall Square, where you can admire the colorfully painted and ornately trimmed baroque structures. Visit the Black Church, the largest Gothic church in Romania. Continuing on with your visit you'll see Catherine's Gate erected in 1559, the only original gate that still survives since medieval times. Visit Weavers' Bastion, the largest medieval bastion in Brasov and the best-preserved among the seven original watchtowers constructed around the city walls.
A private transfer from Brasov to Sighisoara is provided. The approximate transfer time is two hours.
As the day winds down, Sighisoara’s hilltop citadel takes on a quieter rhythm, with cobbled lanes, towers, and preserved medieval facades lending the old town an especially atmospheric feel. It is an easy way to enjoy one of Transylvania’s most distinctive historic settings at your own pace, whether you pause for an aperitif, settle in for dinner, or simply follow the old streets as evening falls. On the Road Again
Explore the Old Town of Sighisoara with cobbled streets, burgher houses and ornate churches. Start your tour along the medieval street and visit the Clock Tower known as the Council Tower, built in the second half of the 14th century and expanded in the 16th century. Continue tour with the Venetian House, built in the 16th century. Visit Dracula's house where Vlad Tepes was born in 1431 and lived with his father until 1435 and enjoy a walk on the covered stairs to the Church on the Hill.
Travel from Sighisoara to Sibiu with your private driver, stopping en route at Biertan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest Saxon settlements in Transylvania. First documented in 1283, the village is known for its Franconian-style houses clustered around a central square, dominated by a striking fortified church that once served as the seat of the Lutheran bishop. Stroll through the cobbled lanes and take in the peaceful atmosphere before continuing your journey to Sibiu.

A Healthy Dose of History
Enjoy a relaxing city tour of Sibiu, the European Capital of Culture in 2007, a medieval city with narrow streets and gothic architecture. Considered to be the jewel in the crown of German Siebenbuergen (Transylvania), the town dates back from 1400 and is one of the main tourist attraction in Romania. Visit Brukental Museum, the oldest museum in Romania with a vast collection of paintings, antiques, coins, and rare books, built by governor of Transylvania, Samuel Brukenthal between 1777 and 1787.
Travel from Sibiu to Bucharest with your private driver, following the dramatic Olt River Valley as it winds through the Southern Carpathians toward Wallachia’s historic heart. Stop in Curtea de Arges, the first capital of the region, to pause in the monastery courtyard and take in a site long tied to Romanian royalty, legend, and spiritual life. Continue to the 13th-century Princely Church of St. Nicholas, an important medieval landmark connected to the town’s early rulers, before carrying on south to Bucharest.
