Marvel at the iconic Pink House— the Presidential Palace— and visit the Neoclassical Metropolitan Cathedral, which houses the remains of Argentina's founding father, Jose de San MartÍn. Visit the Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar, one of the city's oldest Colonial-era churches, and the celebrated Recoleta Cemetery, known for its ornate mausoleums. Explore Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires' newest and most modern district, transformed from dockside warehouses into a vibrant area of corporate, residential, and gastronomic delights. Venture into San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods, where cobbled streets, historic architecture, and a lively arts scene blend with the bohemian charm of the 1970s and the traditional antiques fair at Plaza Dorrego, offering a glimpse into the city's colonial past. Finally, immerse yourself in the colorful and authentic charm of La Boca, a working-class district heavily influenced by Italian immigrants. Caminito Street epitomizes the spirit of La Boca with its vibrant murals, passionate soccer culture, and Tango ambiance. This picturesque street, brightly painted houses and bustling atmosphere, is a living canvas of the neighborhood’s artistic and cultural heritage. After a day of exploration, you’ll be treated to a lunch with regional cuisine at a local restaurant in a traditional bodega setting. Continue the journey with a series of gourmet tastings: grilled provolone, savory chard fritters, chorizo slices, black sausage rolls, and grilled skirt steak. The main course features a tasting of premium Argentine beef, including slow-braised ossobuco and tenderloin, served with baby potatoes, portobellos, roasted eggplant, and fresh salad.
Finish on a sweet note with a trio of Argentine desserts: chocotorta, dulce de leche pancakes, and cheese with quince paste, before learning how to prepare and taste mate, Argentina’s beloved national drink, paired with homemade alfajores.

Award Winning
Accompanied by your private guide, set off on a journey to visit some of Argentina's most critically acclaimed vineyards, each with wine tastings that have garnered over 90 points. Begin the tour at Casa El Enemigo, a vineyard inspired by a literary work from the childhood of Alejandro Vigil, the current chief winemaker of Catena Zapata. This establishment, steeped in simplicity and nostalgia, embodies the dreams and aspirations nurtured over generations. Alejandro, a day-to-day cultivator, seeks to share the joy and comfort of his home, located within the same building. After a captivating visit, indulge in a magnificent wine tasting, and if fortune smiles, meet the visionary behind this project. Next, visit ViÑa Cobos, where the wines are the culmination of a shared dream fueled by the passion of Paul Hobbs, one of the world’s most renowned winemakers, and his two partners from a wine-producing culture deeply rooted in European traditions. The inaugural 1999 vintage of Cobos Malbec received the highest score at the time for any Argentine wine upon its release from Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator, marking a significant milestone in Argentine viticulture. Finally, visit Susana Balbo Winery for lunch. Susana Balbo, the esteemed winemaker, oversees the entire process and stands as a symbol of innovation and expertise in the Argentine wine sector. Lunch will be at the OsadÍa restaurant, featuring a six-course meal paired with their exquisite premium wines. Conclude with a private transfer to your accommodation.

As you explore, you’ll gain insight into the character and winemaking traditions that have shaped this part of Mendoza.
Your first stop will be a local winery in Agrelo, selected for its commitment to producing expressive wines that showcase the region’s terroir. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided visit and tasting led by experts who will introduce you to the nuances of their varietals.
